  • This is what you all have been waiting for. Today we are going to continue with the Tulsa King review. And though many of you liked the review of episode 1, I’ve also got some message about it that needs clarification on this video. In this episode, we’ll take a look at Episode 2 and break it down, and just like the first video, we’ll rate how realistic this episode is. If you have not seen Sylvester Stallone’s Tulsa King episodes 1 and 2, I suggest you do so you’d enjoy this review better.

First, word has it that Sylvester Stallone is not used to serial-episode routine pace. He is being quoted as saying he’s not sure about doing a second season.
Second, Sylvester Stallone is one of the most underrated actors of all time. Tulsa King is proof of that.
Third, if there is no “mob” in a community, and there is only one mob, I don’t see how they can get a foothold into a community. More vs. one.

Not defending them but to put yourself in that position with kids is to know you may not ever see them. Its similar with the military, but at least most of the time those people feel they are sacrificing themselves for the people back home. Mob life is just selfish through and through for families no matter if you're a killer, got killed, or ordered a hit.

So I asked him who was his favorite celebrity that he drove for, and he said Sly Stallone. He was friendly, outgoing and personable, and he liked a good conversation. And people in the hospitality industry know him to be very generous and leave huge tips. He used to drive Stallone to the golf course back in the day, this was in Las Vegas in the 90's.

Stallone has always been made fun of because of the slurred speech and the way Rocky talked in the first couple Rocky movies. That carried over into the Rocky Balboa movie and I gotta say, there's plenty of lines in Rocky movies that are so great. When he finds out Steps is Marie's son instead of the little white kid, that scene was HILARIOUS with Rocky's dialogue. His acting is very underrated in the right projects.

Some corrections: the woman Stallone hooks up with, Stacy, is an ATF Agent (not FBI), and she is originally from NYC and had a lot to do with 9/11 post investigations and was very highly decorated for her service we find out in Episode 3, but got sent to ATF Siberia in Tulsa for an honest mistake she made that anybody would have done in her situation and the knowledge she had, even Stallone said he would have done what she did, but she got transferred. The guy shadowing Stallone is a horse trainer on a big horse ranch and he was a former accountant or something for the mob and he left because he got in trouble with the mob and started another life on his own without Witness Protection, and he was one of the reasons Stallone got pinched and went to prison, and he thinks Stallone's Crime Family has found him and Stallone is going to kill him for sending him to prison. At the end of the episode, Stallone is not looking at a building, he is standing in the center of a huge brick circle area out in the open in downtown Tulsa that is supposed to be the "center of silence" where you can hear and see what everybody else is doing, but no one can hear you so you can yell and scream and shout and confess your "sins" and no one hears you. Also, MF didn't touch on the re-negotiations scene for the marijuana dispensary with the supplier, it is pretty damn good.
Episode 3 answers A LOT of questions, and has a lot of dry humor situations - this is a very entertaining show, it's fun and not boring, and it's not going to win any awards but the "juxtapositions" of situations between the mob in NYC, Stallone, Stallone's driver, Tulsa, the people in Tulsa he comes across and interacts with, him trying to reacclimate, etc., makes you laugh and think a little.

This is my favorite channel on RUclips. My brother turned me onto it . We are Italian Americans and have always thought this topic is very interesting. In fact if you watch the sopranos, my late grandmother is identical I. Almost every way to Toby’s mother. The similarities are almost creepy. I love and appreciate Michaels honesty . And I totally agree I am almost only interested in what is authentic . Even if it means it’s less interesting to most people . That’s what I wanna see and research as much as I can to find out if different things about mob movies are authentic.

I was reading about Luigi the zip Ronsisvalle recently and he was said to have said that he was disappointed with the lack of honour the American mafiosi had, that they might have portrayed themselves to have honour but never practiced what they preached, even with the drugs, saying the bosses would kill you if you got into drugs you’d be whacked but low and behold Carmine Galante and joe bonnano where neck deep in the business. Once it sunk in that we could show our humanity; How we treated a guy after his visit, (Father's/Mother's day seemed to be the worst), Made a big difference on his ability to cope with the pain.
