YEs we need that video on difference between employee and founder.
Some excellent points covered in the video:
1. Do not be emotionally involved in your naukri
2. In naukri, most suffering is for people who feel very emotional (like emotional with a close relationship)
3. Make your mental boundaries at work. You will feel exploited only when you are emotional
4. You should just do your work, complete your responsibilities, do it well but without emotional attachment
5. Naukri is not for emotions, you do it for money and for value addition and for learning things

I used to be one of those ppl being overly stressed and emotionally involved in my job. Now I take things light because nothing is a guarantee. Just have good work ethics and complete the tasks by time. If this approach takes me forward, good, if not, at least I have more mental peace now.
Infact our whole life needs to be lived with this formula. Life is lived in phases and each phase needs detachment at a given point of time.

Putting air filter on speaker can improve audio quality when lip is adjacent to speaker. In this video some audio in between seems to impacted due to non availability of air filter.

Sir, I have completed my Bachelor's and Master's in Physics from a very respective University and Nit but....due to lack od knowledge of guidance .I have started preparing for Govt exams, and waste my 2 crucial years in it. I have passed multiple govt exam but doesn't made to the merit. Now I am very much disturbed I also tried to change my career towards stocks, crypto, online platform but nothing works for me.

Not getting emotionally attached is right message from Sangwan ji. Mental boundaries, not being emotionally invested in the company dynamics, not falling for the corporate rat race - all agreed. These things are the stressors for employees, and it is always better to keep off from such bullshit that corporate tries to feed you.
But I'll disagree with his extension of being "detached" with work - even though he says that he's not asking to do less work than what you're paid for, that is what ends up happening. Your skills will start corroding because doing work without fire means you'll stop challenging yourself. Without a sense of ownership, work output is bare minimum. And it then seeps into your personal life too, and you'll become a bare minimum guy. I'm surrounded by losers who don't care about their output and its quality, coasted their entire careers from position to position, being miserable rats, running around doing bare minimum and surviving with chatu-karita. When the game's up, they change jobs. Does anyone think that this attitude of theirs is isolated only to their work? Absolutely not. It has now become their whole persona. So my advice is, absolutely follow Guruji's advice on the premise, but beware of the downfalls of his conclusion.
