Thank you for thinking in mowing terms. Not only is annoying to not be able to mow but trimming large areas creates more grass clippings falling on the mulch and flower beds. Curb looking fresh. 👍
After you finish the curb, can the excess material that was left over be removed? If I want to install artificial turf, would I need to remove that material so that it abuts and sits flush next to the curb?
I just started curbing this year and I am having trouble with the curbing machine it does not come out as smooth as yours. I am spending way to much time troweling the curb. Any suggestions? I have tried using less sand Thanks
Most likely it’s ur sand and lack of admixtures. Are u putting anything in mix? Good idea to order a sample pack from borderlineusa.com It’s the reason our curb is so easy
Order a sample pack from borderline Curb gravy and Smurf juice Will have sand sample and piss for troweling U won’t need the bubba stuff, they don’t work
You guys don’t shlag or face the front lip? Get a trowel that strokes the curb and u can use ur fist to move get rid of the bumps. The front of the curb should be better than that
You guys make a large job look so easy! Thanks for the in depth explanation!

I'm doing my first curb at home myself. Lots of info online about the best sand and Portland mix, but wondering if you have tips for the best mix!?
I'm looking to add this to my landscaping someday. Can you explain the mixture parts and chemical used. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
