    This was very effective. I have had coaching in EMDR and tapping stuff but just the pivot the first time did more to unlock that fixation on the right side of my brain than anything I've done previously. Fantastic, thank you.

      Thanks for your feedback. I have done EMDR and tapping as well. It's all useful but I like how this uses a very old technique from Qigong with the nature element. Glad you can put this to good use.

    Thank you Annie for this great way to end the day. I used a thick oval stone I had as my “rock”. When we finished this practice, the stone was very warm!
