Oh, man...! VOLA is one of the coolest bands out there, dude! They are SO GOOD live, and theyre really cool, kind dudes! You should check out literally any or all of their music, you will not be disappointed. My personal favorite (and allover favorite song) is "Applause Of A Distant Crowd", or I highly recommend "24 Light-Years" and "Stray the Skies", particularly the Live From The Pool version!!
Vola is a wonderful, wonderful band...I would go straight back to their very first full-length album, Inmazes, and proceed from there through their 3 full-length albums (their albums are titled Inmazes, Applause of a Distant Crowd, and Witness.) You'll love it.

It's cool how you identified VOLA's prime directive after just thirty seconds. Sixteenth notes blasting away twenty at a time with a sharp keyboard line above -- and it's downright soothing. The singer/guitarist likens the effect to "a warm hug." Their music is often angular and unsettling, but in a most bouncy, danceable fashion.

Yeah these guys are awesome. Inmazes and Witness are two of my favourite albums of all time. Pretty cool that the singer is also the guitarist.

Each album has its own ways and feels to it, but they always have those special VOLA spices on top of them which is so recognisable A good place to start your rabbit hole journey would be with their latest masterful album WITNESS that contains so much of what VOLA is all about - the EP Monster and the album Inmazes would be my personal recommendation afterwards 😎 - happy listening
