The base for this sauce is pretty much exactly what I use for my sandwich spread; mayo, spicy mustard, and apple cider vinegar. I don't spice it up much, though. Just some salt and pepper and I mix in shredded lettuce until it has the right consistency. Great general purpose sauce for sandwiches or burgers.

Interesting. I'll have to try it on a burger next.

@@ChiliPepperMadness The burger was, believe it or not cooked on the stove HOT (I grill 5 -7 nights a week), avocado oil, thick & rare. Flipped once with a mat of butter on top. When the butter melted and hit the skillet the burger was finished. And the White BBQ sauce made AMAZING. BTW, used Splenda instead of brown sugar to make it Keto.

Make your own mayo then you get the full flavor advantage from that, and it incorporates everything easier, and making mayo takes about 3 minutes tops.

I tried Duke's and could not tell a noticeable difference from Kroger mayo. For the price, I'll do Kroger mayo. Comprende?

Wondering how good this will go with my chicken and rice diet, I'll keep an update if this sauce will make me kick my fridge.
(Update) a fridge now has a dent due to how good this sauce is 😂

Dukes mayo is literally the best for dressings and sauces. Way better than Hellman's.
