I'm so excited you brought out the weber. We need more Weber videos. Out of all the pits I own, my weber is still my favorite. You can do everything on it.

I remember in 2011 watching Steven Raichlen on PBS making this similar recipe using Big Bob's Alabama white sauce. It looked so good I grabbed the closest pen (a sharpie) and piece of paper (an envelope) and wrote down the whole recipe. I've been making it 7 years now and have used it on ribs, pulled pork, whole chickens, chicken wings, and even coleslaw. For sure a unique taste that cant be compared to any other sauce out there. Either you love it, or you've never had it. Awesome video ATBBQ. Love your channel and can't wait for your next cook.

Increase the hot sauce to a cup, add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, reserve back 1/4 for finish brushing and drop in some wings to marinate overnight. Grille as desired and brush with reserve. Don’t forget the blue cheese dressing!

so uhh, im from alabama and we like to put the sauce on while its still cooking. thats half the beauty is that the mayo creates some awesome flavor when seared. dont believe me take a piece of bread, put some mayo on it and put it face down in a pan, you will get an amazing crust that is seriously tasty.

Apple cider vinegar, mustard and horseradish.....to an Englishman like myself that sounds heavenly.
What is the Q mustard like? Is it a very American style (sweet) mustard? We Brits tend to favour strong and fiery mustards.
