The only bottle I've emptied in the last 5 years was Dior Homme earlier this year. I have a 2015 and a 2017 bottle left, so I doubt I'll run out but it's a testament to the fact I wear it so often.
It is good you have a backup bottle of L'Eau Bleue D'Issey, as the current formulation has about 20 minutes longevity and does not project further than a full grown yuzu 😢
I have L'eau Bleue D'Issey and it smelled like vegetation and pebbles on a river bank to me. I didn't really like it but I might to need to break it out and smell it again haha
I know what you mean, I've had some scents that I've come back to years later and been surprised by how I've changed my mind...If Ihadn't offloaded them already haha
@@RaffiDiranBassclefThat’s crazy, )or nuts I should say) I was just clowning on that brand bottle last night after I first discovered it and telling my son I was going to buy him a bottle.
Definitely right about aventus, i've smelled some fckboys wearing it and then i've had some well dressed/well groomed classy men wear it and the difference is actually quite big. On the right person it can work really well, I'm a believer that fragrances have to match the person wearing it or that fragrances worn with the right clothes/in the right occasions can work wonders
@@RaffiDiranBassclef I go through phases with aventus at first I didn't like it, then I loved it, then I smelled so many clones of it I started to hate it again, then I smelled aventus again after the clones and realized it's so much better than the clones and loved it again and now i'm back to being over it again because i've smelled it on so many people in the city lately. But it does smell good, something about aventus that I like over the clones I think it's the quality of the ingredients which you can notice and the balance of the ingredients used
I didn't know emptying bottles was a thing with fragrance collectors. I sure haven't managed to do so since starting this hobby in 2019 !!
This is why I call it a wearection, I wear what I have and offload the ones I don't

Dior Homme is one of those fragrances that never really gets old, love it!
Simply fantastic. Love your story telling. May your channel grow bigger. Please keep more contents coming.

I also notice that my old bottles of Issey Miyake had metal caps, but the newest one I bought is plastic

I’d toss half my collection for an Agua Brava as an EDT instead of an EDC that is gone in 20 mins unless your clothes are soaked in it.
maybe that was the point initially, back when it was financially feasible to do so
@@RaffiDiranBassclefIt’s my wife’s favorite on me
best to stock up, lord knows how these companies operate

Happy new year, I have yet to put any dents to my lot
You need to work on strengthening your trigger finger 😆
Happy new year mate
Are there any bottles that are so awful looking that you pass on them because of it?
Anything by the house of Dorin Paris. Have a google of it and get back to me 🤣

@@RaffiDiranBassclefFor me it’s anything by Mugler. So impractical and gaudy.

İ buy dupes of the best parfums , Caline parfums have the best dupes100 ml for 8 € and empty in 1 week😂😂
A male reviewer that actually finishes bottles, nope, must be A.I.
Nice try though. 😊
I knew I shouldn't have bought my AI from Temu
