Just a tiny advice for all Medics, whether you're playing solo or platoon/squad ops: Do NOT feel like you have to save absolutely everyone. You cannot save everyone, and not everyone can be saved. + Sometimes, you should try give your fellow medics some trust to do their job as well. P.S. This was maybe not much of an advice, and rather just a healthy reassurance that you shouldn't carry the burden on your shoulders alone. :)
My medic experience this week has been learning that death doesn’t exist when a clustered room with 20+ people with 4 or 5 medics and if you die you get revived only to continue the cycle like 10 times 💀
My favorite class. Ar's are some of the best and most fun weapons in the game. The implants synergize so well, and nothing feels better then tethering a carapace resist heavy while he mows people down like a smaller more accurate max.
Put an AV MAX in the backsit of the harasser whit a max level triage medic as gunner and an engi as a driver. Engi repairs the harasser and give ammo to the max and the triage medic heals the max, Oh and go backwards whit the harassser!
I know it's not really available for those who don't want to join an outfit but literally joining an outfit just to get enough loyalty ranking to unlock the ordinance dampener can also benefit you in point hold scenarios and free up your flak armor slot for bando so i 100% recommend anyone to do that because it not only helps you but also helps your allies and if you have the gun, the punisher with its unique underbarrel is also useful since you no only cleanse flashes and stuns but can also provide a bit of a heal to people who overextend. Restoration Kit regen also stacks with your nano regen so if you plan on constantly pushing that's also an alternative to taking a med kit that requires you to stop and pop it when your hp gets too low and if you stack that with your punisher underbarrel you become a menace to anyone you run into essentially having your own heavy overshield...you just lack the bullets xD
My only tip: Combat Medic means that you should always COMBAT before medic. I see way too many medics that see how an ally dies and they proceed to swap to their medgun before killing the enemy threat who killed their ally. Only revive if you are SAFE.
Carapace gang here , also catlike is more for traversing and flanking trough base to get good farm or spots to capture, also makes it ez to climb walls up and suprise enemy
@@ZealousVidya if you in a situation where you need jump+ medkit than you alrdy fuked up , i dunno i try to avoid such situations at all with medic , and people that do it infront of me insta dead , its not that hard to aim at some one spastikly jumping infront of you without any momentum medikdance works only on people with 200ms and the same delay in their head . Also catlike compensate medikit + jump, with superior crouch speed + aim at head technique
I honestly would love to try out Carapace. This implant on combat medic is like ambusher jump jets on light assault, it can completely warp the playstyle and open many doors to counter play. The biggest issue I have with it however is that instead of costing 150 certs the damn thing costs 45,000 iso. An absolutely batsh*t insane grind for new/casual players.
Thanks for another good video, there are certainly many useful tips. My only criticism is I think you are underrating Shield Recharcing Field quiet a bit compared to Nano Regen Device. Nano Regen Device is better obviously in constant "push, push, push" scenarios or bases with a lot of movement between points like hectic Biolab fights. But during holdout situations where you are trading blows with opposing faction like trying to breach a corridor or door, TI Alloys capture point fights, containment site stairway fights, etc. Shield Recharging Field shines with the added bonus of generating you ridiculous amount of certs. My most played loadout actually uses SRF, not Nano Regen and its' most important components are like in this order: 1. Shield Recharge Field 2. Flak Armor (During point holdouts grenade spam is obnoxious which Flak Armor increases your survivability tremendously) 3. Revive Grenade x1 (For emergency purposes like if everyone dies to a random C4 fairy) 4. Medical Kit (For panic moments which your Shield Recharge can't keep up with chip damage) 5. Mending Field 5 (Optional, adds nice utility to your SRF which is more useful if you are trying to hold two openings like containment sites' opposing stairways. Put your SRF for defenders of one stairway, you revive and heal others at other stairway) 6. Symbiote 5 (Optional and I didn't use it myself yet. But I imagine it is pretty good to heal chip damage with SRF forcefully giving you shields constantly) 7. An all-purpose assault rifle (I am currently using NS-11A which works fine for me in all ranges + you can get it for free with promo code) 8. A sidearm you like (I am using Hunter with explosive bolts to have added utility of anti-MAX and finishing vehicles off)
Been maining Combat medic for many many years. One of my fave loadouts is the "Point hold last man standing" build xD Phylactery, combat surgeon and aux shield. Along with ALL the rev grenades you can stuff into your orifaces... xD , great for outfit ops. rev yourself, rev others, keep on trucking as if your life depends on it. xD
Triage alows you to heal max units if you have to and in combination with a radar on your flash, it's a decent asset to bring and while sundies are better, some medics throw to many rev nades and are low on nanites at times. Infils never do their job, I can tell by the amount of motion assits I'm getting.
I have to say that maining Medic sounds boring when you can main Engineer like a boss instead! The true master of lots of fun stuff to use and diverse gameplay, I swear the majority of the playerbase have forgotten about the UBGL and sure its not in a ideal state but its different way to play and people often get caught by surprise when you plonk a 1 hit kill nade into their chest or nuke them after they retreat into their cover to regain shields. Having super-deluxe shield recharge speed is also fun but Engineer also comes with some of if not the best ASP unlocks too like a pocket shotgun as a secondary.
The issue I run into trying to play medic is there is always so many of them because of how easy certs are with them. I never have an opportunity to do anything because it's always a race between 3 medics for that sweet revive xp
UBGL is the way I get most kills these days. One bad thing about it is it probably degrades my gunplay skill afterwards if I use it too much since all you do is plonking grenades on unsuspecting victims with momentarily peaking behind cover. For NC Warden is the best UBGL weapon imo (and equivelant scout rifles for other factions I imagine) since it has the fastest underbarrel grenade resupply speed among all weapons, so you can bombard enemies constantly during point holdouts. With other weapons if you are out of grenades you have to wait like 2 seconds between fire, reload, fire sequences.
@@hawkeye137137 Sure but the Carbines with UBGL are really accurate with small CoF and low to no recoil so while you cant rely entirely on the UBGL they are really rewarding if you have decent aim. The fun thing with Engineer is that there are so many options, especially with ASP points. You can even be silly and grab a Assault rifle with another UBGL as your secondary haha
I'm clearly misunderstanding something, how are you equipping Serpent VE92 on medic, it won't let me equip it, don't tell me I wasted points unlocking this damn gun for no reason

Really good point, will try to include that whenever I update this guide.
Deffo important to not overextend and get caught out of position.

I love PS2 medics, whenever I die I'm getting revived in split second. Unlike Battlefield...

How about investing 1500 certs into the light aircraft spawner for ANT bases so you get infinite free ESFs to get around the battlefield easier?
Yeah you can do that or TBQH a lot of salty tryhards use others air terminals or the silo they deposited cortium into to pull a air terminal.

im sitting a lot in the contested point holding so flack armor is the only option to live longer than 10 sec under heavy explosives spam.
Survivalist and Advanced Shield Capacitor don't stack (with regards to the shield recharge delay reduction)
After I watched the vid, my conclusion is running around in pink gets u more kills 🤣
What skin is that in the thumbnail?
It was released around in New Years, not totally sure but hope that helps.
