I caught that LaToya is such a beautiful person inside and out.
It's for Toya's privacy so people don't recognize the area and find out where she lives but the neighbors do benefit off of that too. A lot of youtubers do that.

1. Plan towards it
2. Be frugal and minimal on spending (don't buy why you don't need )
3. Save money towards retirement (Roth IRA/401k)
4. Build an emergency fund
5. Save to invest, this is the most important because it's a proven way to get richer. Very important to financial success.

I’m so happy for you!! This is beautiful!! It’s not easy getting divorced and starting over. I wish my mom could have done this instead of staying in an unhealthy relationship. It definitely damaged her children being in dysfunction. I’m proud of every woman that gets the strength to start over.

I love your new home it’s so spacious! The high ceilings are a go along with the gold fixtures are super chic. Not to mention the stone marble counter tops and the piano inspired floor! I love the fireplace in your room it’s very sexy and elevated. I plan to have a fireplace in my home in the living room as well as the bedroom now seeing yours. I do also like the blue sink you put in your sons room! Great finishing touch!✨ I affirm I’ll be decorating my house just as you did in style and comfort in mind for my family and I.
