After studying for hours, this was an excellent, opening practice! I liked the gradual build-up to more demanding poses; it helped me really tap into the tight places.
This is exactly what I needed! Working from home during quarantine has me cooped up at my kitchen table all day. This felt awesome after a full day on my laptop!
Just found your channel! So underrated. I like the quickness and creating a little heat, I work on my feet all day moving, walking and lifting- but I could still hang ;) Looking forward to trying some more of your videos!
Stumbled upon this today after a busy work day. Was exactly what I needed - though I hesitated getting on the mat at first. Great heart and hip opening/got the blood flowing. Wonderful class, thank you!
Beautiful I loved killing the stagnant energy I didn't know how to get rid of until this workout. Also it might be 'cos I'm super weak at the moment but loved how you incorporated strength in a gentle way without making me sweat or waking me up during a relaxing evening workout. There's not enough evening strength yoga on YT!
Wowwww this was incredibly healing especially for my upper body. I've been doing yoga for a while but haven't been doing any faster flows. I really enjoyed this one and now I'm thinking I should do more like this
After a long looong office day this was amazing thank you. I always feel so tight and awful at work and when I get home will definitely be watching more of your videos!
Thank you! This was a beautiful flow and just the pace I needed after work. The left side did seem a lot faster, but the good thing about a pre-recorded class is I can pause and rewind lol. Loved the style though!
After working a desk job, I usually feel very tight and my muscles feel as if they're eroding. This workout really found those trouble spots and inactive places. :)
Okay sequence... but nothing was really done to prepare the body properly to do all of the standing balancing postures at the end. Also it was taught way to fast to really feel or enjoy each posture or your breathe in them. I had to keep pausing the video and really that's not what you want to do while your trying to do a class.
Way too fast, you can't even breath deep enough. Usually when I want to take an extra breath or stretch a bit more in a pose, I manage to catch up with the teacher, but this is impossible. I got irritaded while doing this and had to stop at 11:36
More of a workout than yoga, technically good, but not much of a flow and need to keep breath too short to be able to relax. Especially for getting into double pigeon. Maybe on a calm day, but not after a full day of sitting at work. Just leaving this here as a reminder in case I come back.
The instructions and shifting from pose to pose was too rapid. Nice sequence otherwise but taking time to experience the sensation btw poses is a crucial part of yoga and this class is isn’t allowed for that

Loved this practice! Thank you 🙏🏼🤍

It clears mind off from all office clutters.
So good after a busy day at the office ! Merci !!!
Beautiful setting, nice pace, love traditional yoga. thank you.
so great for unwinding after work and releasing stagnant energy. feel unwound and relaxed!
That was amazing especially after a seven hour day of virtual meetings. Thank you so much.
Great practice. Thanks!!!
this is a lovely sequence! thank you!
My favorite yoga lesson here on youtube. 😍🥰
I liked it! Love the speed and makes me break a sweat also very stretched feels good.

Namaste. Perfect! Thanks so very much!
This was a great practice!

and how you talked about adults not balancing enough! What a combination in a decent length yoga routine

This felt so good after a day on the computer. It felt like a massage! Thank you!
Great practice after sitting all day. Thank you!
I love this sequence!!!!!! I feel so energized and all lengthened out after work. Thank you! 💕

This was a wonderful series, I am deeply appreciative that you uploaded this to share with the world.
Just what the doctor ordered.
Namaste.

This is awesome. Thank you for sharing.
I didn't make it through all the way the first time I tried, but I did the second! Great video, namaste
This could also be a great energizing morning practice. I love it.
Awesome flow after a workday. Thank you.
Really enjoyed this practice, thank you

After working a desk job, I usually feel very tight and my muscles feel as if they're eroding. This workout really found those trouble spots and inactive places. :)
Soo relaxing, I’m literally melting in to my chair now
I actually got more stressed and tired trying to follow this pace! It's waaaaay to fast feels like having to rush
This was really nice, thank you
This is exactly what i need today😊looking forward to trying it after work tonight...thanks so much☺
We are happy to read that you will go ahead with this session after work today! Enjoy and remember to slow down 😊💕 Best, Hong
Fast flow but enjoyable. Kept me warm 😅
Thank you so much ❤️ wonderfull flow 🧚🏻♀️
Best yoga on yt what is the full name of this teacher ?
To fast for me I couldn’t even do one inhale when I had to move to the next position. Lol
There are other styles for slower and holding poses. This flow is great for enery like she said.
I had the same issue 😅
try to adjust speed of the video on RUclips, try in settings - speed and go on slower rate. good luck :)
Hi Debra, can I do this as an active recovery exercise on my every rest day?
A little too fast for me, I'll search for a more beginner-friendly lesson 🙂
❤️❤️
It was an awesome practice! but it was too fast for me.. Who else enjoyed it with reduced playback speed?
Okay sequence... but nothing was really done to prepare the body properly to do all of the standing balancing postures at the end. Also it was taught way to fast to really feel or enjoy each posture or your breathe in them. I had to keep pausing the video and really that's not what you want to do while your trying to do a class.
lol its youtube you can do a warmup before (you always should anyway)
Kinda irks me the sequence @ 13:27 for right side and left side are not the same
this is way to quick, I hated doing this
Look up options for slow styles then lol there are styles for your needs
this was too fast for me for an after work ritual. maybe some other day this would be more beneficial to me
too hard but effective if done well
who was told by their school to do this
Way too fast, you can't even breath deep enough. Usually when I want to take an extra breath or stretch a bit more in a pose, I manage to catch up with the teacher, but this is impossible. I got irritaded while doing this and had to stop at 11:36
Nice, but would love just a bit slower.
Too much chit chat for me
you chase through the whole thing, its not even a flow! I had to check if it was on normal speed!!
This was excellent but she is explaining the sequence too fast for a beginner.
More of a workout than yoga, technically good, but not much of a flow and need to keep breath too short to be able to relax. Especially for getting into double pigeon. Maybe on a calm day, but not after a full day of sitting at work. Just leaving this here as a reminder in case I come back.

nope, I'm not here yet
Had to give up after 10 minutes
See ya in a couple of months (or a year lol)
this is way to fast to follow for me unfortunately
way too fast.. especially when you need to focus on your breathing. Impossible
too fast ma'am
Too fast…
This was lovely. Thank you.
