AMAZING TUTORIAL!! Super simple and straight to the point! I made a pack using this video for my mc server and I made an art school in it, my Austrian friend failed and got super mad and started a dictatorship on the other side of the server, then there was a HUGE war, but I don't think art school had anything to do with it. Anyway, awesome tutorial.

its not a mod its a resource pack used in minecraft go to minecraft paintings add urs , create zip paste in resource packs folder , open minecraft add paintings .zip to loaded resource packs and boom u got new oai timgs

Hey I have a very important question, does this work on transparent backgrounds? (For example, if I made a painting of myself, can I be seen while the blocks are behind me, or does it not work with transparency?)

I might be wrong, but based on the stuff he used, Theres a limit. because theres a certain number of paintings that exist in the game. So, you would have to switch them out and figure out which ones you want. I would test and see if you can have more than the limit, like putting more than one custom painting texture pack. But im pretty sure its based on the number of paintings in the game. However, you can have many folders, and switch them out whenever. Hope this helps

Edit: If you want to get the real look of minecraft painting, you must honor the specific pixel dimensions that are assigned to each painting in game files, much better than the website is to simply change the pixel size of the painting in Microsoft Paint, this way your custom paintigs will look as convincig as if Mojang themselves added it into the game:)
How do i find them in the creative menu??
I know you said that this only works on Java but it the website also said Bedrock on the bottom. Will this work for Bedrock?

Hey, I don’t have the same menu at the end. I have the file, and I play on Pocket Edition. Could you help me get it to work on my version??
However you put texture packs in pocket edition, try that with the version you have? If not, then it probably doesnt support pocket edition and you would have to do more research

Hi, I also was asking the same question, according to Reddit minecraft images are entities, which means you would have to install a mod that allows you to add more paintings (entities), with a resource pack you are just changing the appearance of the entities that are already "coded" into the game. But ofc Reddit might be wrong I dont know.
