Girl, DO NOT DO COOL SCULPTING. Haven't you ever seen what happens to some people? Their body manifests the shape and hardness of the wand/paddle thing they do. Linda Evangelista experienced this. DO NOT DO COOL SCULPING. Go under the knife if you must but do not fall for these stupid quick fixes.
I'm glad you mention that taking responsibility is not the same as blaming yourself. I think this an important distinction especially for folks who may have bad habits related to their self image.

Hey carla great vidoe the biggest Difference is in Before vs After is in the After people take you more seriously and you are no longer invisble to society. We live in a shallow world.

I loved this! Thank you for answering so many questions. I think it’s so important that you touched on our responsibility in social situations. I never understood until a few years ago that I was giving off defensive and negative don’t talk to me energies. For anyone fighting the same battles or socially awkward I’d recommend an etiquette course or book. It taught me how to be more social.
Oh that’s an interesting idea. I’ll have a look at some, I know some can be outdated but I imagine it will give the needed techniques for interacting zx

I agree that it is about 50/50 with people treating you differently. Half of it is being obese, the other half is your attitude and dressing nicely. I now wear more fitted clothes even though not totally slim and I think it makes me look like I respect myself. Then, in turn, others respect you a bit more.

Was there a reason you didn’t include buying clothes in your rewards? I struggle to buy new clothes when I’m losing weight, always blaming my body for not fitting my clothes and not realising it’s because I’ve dropped a size. It’s stalled my weight loss quite a few times over the last few years
Love your answers, thank you for that, but it's a bit hard to follow if without a pause you jump from answering to describing your makeup steps and back. Would prefer it seperate or without the comments about the makeup and maybe just add the steps if that on the comments 🤔

I would absolutely recommend a water softener and filter for your whole house- it's not as big of an investment as you may think and if properly kept up will last a very long time. I'm a Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner and recommend a parasite and heavy metal cleanse for any chronic/ongoing skin problems. I'll be happy to share resources if you would like! All I recommend I've done myself 😊 Thank you for who you are and for being such an inspiration to me and so many others 🩷🖤🩷🖤🩷
