I think Shields will beat Marshall on points just think she has the boxing iq the more experience basically the boxing know how. But i can see an argument that Marshall if she lands flush could cause some real issues and it will be fascinating to see how Shields deals with her power. Regardless im really looking forward to it but i see a close cut points win for Shields with a possibility of Marshall knocking Shields out around rounds 8 to 9 😊😊

The glaring oversight during all the discussion about this fight has been a baffling lack of recognition of Marshall's skills. She's certainly not levels below Shields in that regard- she may even, on balance be the most skillful boxer in women's game.

Marshall looked half a foot taller at the weigh-in. With Peter Fury's tactics and Shield's lack of knockout power, I'd expect Marshall to grind out a close decision. I don't think the amateur fight is much to go on because that was only a few rounds, and Shield's won't be able to keep up the same pressure in a twelve-round fight, or however many rounds women's boxing has.
