She's not lying about boxing being more of a better representative of a equal fight in a sense . But it's all about POV I like both sports . But boxing is my main bih
In boxing it's just one aspect of combat (punches) but it's on the highest level and much deeper. In mma it's more about being ok in many things and being able to put them together, imo. I like watching that too sometimes but I always come back to boxing. Im not sure what it is but I found mma way more interesting years ago. Its not as exciting as it used to be and I see others feeling the same way. I think the hype it once had is kinda over.
@@k_ir3868you tripping. MMA has way more than hype than boxing does. Mainly because unlike boxing, MMA actually makes the best fights on a consistent basis

That rematch definitely need to happen in a cage! I just think Clarissa needs to compete in BJJ/ Grappling to round out her skills a bit. I'm anxious to see what Marshall has to show tonight.
I think Claressa needs more kickboxing and wrestling, then bjj. Because those two skills are closer to boxing than bjj, and set the stage for both defeating bjj players and transitioning to bjj.

She was a 2x gold medalist she didn't need that much pro fights. Look at loma and all the x Olympians they all had very few fights and world champions they went straight after the top guys cuz they had so much experience and skills before a pro

dont know how anyone can say boxing is harder than mma
youve got the clinch, bjj, kickboxing, mua thai, boxing all to try to master. and in all that theirs learning top controle, bottom controle, submission offence, submission defence, learning how to transition on top and bottom, cage work, people can literally submit you in the clinch if theyre skilled enough and you dont have the knowledge to defend.
theirs infinitely more to learn. and im a fan of both sports. boxing when you go down you have the 10 count to either recover or not then your back in the fight. mma theirs no breaks at all. you go down the other person is either ontop of you locking in a sub or ground and pounding you.
i do agree though. i guess its easier to become a good mma artist than it is a good boxing artist because its a very specific fighting style and unless you have it in you as a boxer, fewer people have that natural skill.
but i dont see how its easier to train to be a boxer than a mma artist when you have ALL those extra disciplines to learn

Ann Wolfes the best female boxer but Shields has the best female boxer self confidence. I think somethings bothering Shields because shes a bit down in her interviews past few days but even when shes feeli g down she still displays more true self confidence than the others. Ann Wolfe would KO Shields tho, amd Marshall, Wolfe could legit take both of them on at yhe same time and still deliver the beat down on them both, at the same time.
Adam was the wrong person to do this interview, Adam has too much of a connection to Savannah so he’s extremely biased.

The only difference is that striking takes greater skill and most people that are good at striking are genetically gifted to do it. But it's not harder than MMA.
