diablo and vampire is a combination that makes perfect sense, but I've never thought of.
In fairness, blood magic tends to be either a demon thing or part of the necromancer schtick. Hell, used to be that one of the summons was a Blood Golem.
There was a whole vampire cult and bossfight in D3

Vampire would be a good character class for the core games, though it might cross over a little too much with necromancer. Still, it's an idea. Maybe a mix of melee and ranged magic, with some summons

Not really if you think about it if nephalem would have like a transform ability it would be half angel and half demon not just demon so I would like to think this transformation from the blood knight but then with angel wings or something would be dope
True Nephalem dont need to shapeshifted to get stronger since they already perfect from the start. People who choose to shapeshifted to get power boost like turn into demon kind or become the opposite one, its actually downgrade his/herself and not understand their true birth right.

It's cool and all, and vampires are confirmed to exist in Sanctuary, but you kill an awful lot of them in D2, Its an area in the lore that could use some major attention before it becomes a character class
The fact that they didn't put witch doctor in this cinematic just shows you how creepy it is.

I'm confused are these Nephilim or some new breed of warrior? Because I was confused about the lack of Nephilim in the Lilith and Inarius storyline.
No this is not Nephelim they are Angel and Demon hybrid.

@@humanity600 but isn't it stated that there are dozens of Nephilim throughout Sanctuary and Tyrael even has/had a few in his organization? Or I guess I'm just misremembering.

Funny that they left out blood and gore in the second movie.
The first trailer looks very similar to castlevania..
Looks like one of them superheroes movies - lots of cartoonish CGI, posing and jumping around. Diablo 2 wipes the floor with this, with just the atmosphere alone.

Can't say you're entirely wrong. The story of Diablo II felt more like mortal champions pulling a DOOM and exemplifying the best traits of mankind.
The latest graphics have improved, and some of the concepts are interesting, but speaking for myself plots where the character's success hinges on them being a special snowflake (Chosen One, or in this case, Nephalim) are just annoying.
All of this leaving aside the big game developers love of loot boxes and paying to win. Fuck that noise.
blizzard should make an animated series from their games. not diablo since Castlevania is already pretty good. but wc or sc animated would be great.

They should have given this trailer to a game like V Rising or the next castlevania to make some money because investing into Diablo Immortal after all this time is like throwing money on a bonfire.
