    Hey Coach I was wondering if there are any workouts you have for speed and strength if you don’t have any gyms available to use.. also thank you for the vids they help alot

    Hey coach I have a problem when going against press dbs.every time I go against press dbs I would win off the line but then what ever way I go weather it’s inside or outside he would just try to push me or even try to drive me out of bounds but one thing is I never use my hands to swipe his arm or anything so do you think that is the problem and can you also tell me 5 nasty press realease against physical dbs that I can work on I know you have vids about them but I rather you just tell me them. Also love the vids

    hey coach. I just got off an injury and now i run a 5.0… If i keep consistent with these drills, how fast can i get to before march?

      I would say you could drop the time .2-.3; it all depends. But if you’re consistent and continue to work it will help.
