Wow, this is such great information! I'm a lil over 2 yrs past post partum and still need help with my mommy pouch. I will add these exercises into my routine. I really needed to understand how to breath better while doing core exercises. Thank you for creating this video.
Hi Becky Choi,I have same belly like you. Its been 10 months of my postpartum.Feeling not to go any where with this appearance. These 5 exercuses alone will sufficuent to get rid of upper diastasis recti.
Hi mama, you are in the right place ☺️ I understand how you feel with the appearance. Now, these 5 exercises are exercises that I like as it targets a lot of different areas but they won't be enough for most moms with DR and won't be able to target the area you potentially need. Core exercises is just one piece of the puzzle to healing diastasis recti. Breathing , core cuing, nutritions, posture, progressive exercises are all important. Check out my other videos in my channel or you can also learn to work with me directly www.tummywarrior.com
I am mother of two children and am struggling to loose belly fat of lower part I have already doing many exercise but yet did not get good result .....every day am doing deadbug, breathing exercise

It's very simple to self-check. Lie down on the floor, lift your head slightly away from the floor, place your fingers where you feel the gap, and slowly insert it without force and see how much your finger can sink into the gap. That's your depth. If you want more visual, here is the link ruclips.net/video/Dy_vlHDE4zM/видео.htmlsi=jNHC3OZpOXCGa1cj
Hi mam..I have diasis recti. The separation width is decreased from 4 fingers gap to 2 fingers gap..but still the depth is 2 inches.. plz tell me any suggestions

Hi Becky , I like your videos . I'm having difficulty finding out what's gone wrong with my Abdominal Core /Pelvic Muscle System . I lost Mobility in Sept last and days later ran into Bladder , Prolapse and Bowel Issues . It is as though my AC/P Muscle System . Is not supporting Walking , Lifting or the Abdominal Organs as it should ? Attempts to walk even a few steps . Puts unmanageable strain on the P / AC Muscles . Those muscles struggle more and more with each small step taken . Inducing severe pain within Centre Pelvic / Lower Abdomim and walking ability is Diminished . Attempts to Walk takes Abdominal /Pelvic muscle Support . Away from the Internal Organs . Setting of Chain Reactions within the Vital Abdominal / Pelvic Organ Systems . I have been Trapped Unable to leave my Home for over 5 mths . I would appreciate any recognition or understanding you may have as to the cause of my symptoms ? Perhaps someone you know off has described the same symptoms ? Thanks
I still don’t understand the breathing. Should we breath all the way to our stomach or just in the ribs? I see people who have healed their Dr show when they breath (while on their fours) their stomach get inflated then they they breath out it deflates. I have been doing these exercises for 2 years on and off and I feel like there’s something I’m doing wrong
This exercise is called tabletop or bird dog if they extend their arms and legs out. Have you tried those 360 breathing videos that I have on my channel? We shouldn't be breathing only into the belly and neither should we just breathe into the chest. Your breath need to go 360 degree, meaning to your chest, side of your ribs, to your back and to your belly. It can take anywhere a few days to a couple months to fully understand it, and that's the missing link for many mamas who aren't able to heal. I hope it helps.

This question is quite technical, I would ask your doctor for further advise. I don't want to say something without knowing your full history.
Why am i shaking like crazy on the pluck
Meaning you are working on the muscles you don't normally use ! It's a good thing 😊
My Belly is like yours before 😢
There is hope! Have you tried any exercises yet?
