This is awesome. It took me 3 weeks of flying every evening to get it down. If I had this video I could have learned it sooner. I actually learned from a magazine article. I am now learning rolling harrier and circles. Subscribed and liked.
One of my favorite transitions is that Ryu clip of crankshaft to pinwheel. Pinwheel transitions are so nice to look at especially following it up with rolling harrier or downline maneuvers. Great video as always! I'm practicing clean pinwheels right now so I can start going lower with the maneuver
Thank you!! I was waiting for that video from you. Any tutorials on specific maneuvers that you post i will definitely watch. Maybe something like the Santiago Perez special move (half barrel roll i guess) that you pointed out in your last video.
Thanks for the clear explanation, I can do a good crankshaft on the sim but still really struggle on my Pilot 67 laser, I've tried more and less rudder and aileron input but I still have no momentum. Any tips for this particular plane? Also just to add that the laser 67 dose an excellent knife edge spin so I assume its my inputs letting me down with the crankshaft..
It's pretty tricky to give advice without seeing your crankshafts. If you can share a video, I'd be happy to take a look and try to help debug. In the meantime, I'd say most times the typical problem is not enough aileron, aileron applied too late or too much rudder.
I don't do well with Spanish accents, so I turned on closed captioning - turns out CC has a problem too! "about half left Aen a touch of left brother..."🙂
Juan-Your passion for the hobby is contagious.

Very clear and straightforward explanation. Thank you.
Glad it was helpful!
I am absolutely loving your tutorials! The way you break it down is really helpful. I added this to the RCaerobatics subreddit!
That's awesome, I'm glad they are helpful!
Liked, subscribed, saved and appreciated!!
Glad you found it helpful!
Thanks for sharing. Will be one of my next targets.
Good luck! It's a fun maneuver once you get it dialed in
Thank you 🙏 great tutorial

Santi slide will be coming soon :-)
@skyboundrc thank you!, you're the best
That downline crankshaft to pinwheel by Ryu is bananas. I've been trying it on simulator without much success.
It's cause Ryu is a freak of nature. He was also on the Street Fighter video game fighting Ken. "All you can!"
Wow Awsame piloting skills

Can you do a how to on the snap to hover or the chaos please
Do you have any video example of the “chaos” maneuver? I haven’t heard of that one before
And I am struggling to do a proper Knife edge😂😂😂😂....Thnx for the video

@davidGrainger, I manually fixed the subtitles and it should be significantly better now, take a look!
I went back a couple times and listened over and over focusing on each step separate... His information is well worth listening to.
