Wonderful!!!
Great interview👍I will be sharing a link to this interview in my upcoming Arthritis Warrior e-book, because it is such an important message to get out there😊
I had eggplant and gluten this a.m
No wonder I feel funky right now
Why does anyone think there is one best diet for everyone or that everyone reacts the same to all foods?
Among the plant based folks a number are adamant that all oils even olive, and avocados should be avoided, whereas eg Gregor does not agree.
Your hormones need fat, if you will remove fats completely you will have hormonal issues.. Hormones are made of cholestrol
Would have been helpful to actually talk about what the diet entails otherwise it is just another lot of dribble!!!!!!!!!!!!!
