    Why does anyone think there is one best diet for everyone or that everyone reacts the same to all foods?
    Among the plant based folks a number are adamant that all oils even olive, and avocados should be avoided, whereas eg Gregor does not agree.

      Your hormones need fat, if you will remove fats completely you will have hormonal issues.. Hormones are made of cholestrol

    Would have been helpful to actually talk about what the diet entails otherwise it is just another lot of dribble!!!!!!!!!!!!!
