Coconut is too cooling for Vata so I tend to stay away from it.

Yes! Coconut is definitely more cooling, but it is heavy. I find a nice balance with the warming spices. Appreciate your share. :) What are your favorite plant milks?

Nice recipe.. . wel i think the stuff you added to the oatmeals will somewhat balance the meal but oats in general are not so good for Vata. Have you ever felt low/mood swings/constipated after having oats?

Seeds and grains without soaking are to be avoided if you're a vata

This is hands down one of the best breakfast I've ever tried! Since I recently became allergic to dates, I started using a banana and some maple syrup instead. But I want to thank you so much for uploading this recipe, it's saving my mornings!

soaking them overnight before use reduces 'Phytic acid that can affect how the body absorbs some minerals, including iron. It may contribute to mineral deficiencies over time, but this is rarely a concern for people who eat well-balanced diets.'

I thought mixing fruits with anything was a no no in Ayurveda? And if anything dates should be soaked?

It was ground breaking for me too! Certain foods are just better for certain people, and sometimes it can change! Even with the seasons too. Ayurveda has helped me learn how to balance what I eat with the seasons and how I feel. Glad you’re here :)

    Mam how to contact you.
I have a question about casual sex,
I think that sex is only ment for procreation and other time when people do it, they are wasting their energy.
I want to use my sexual energy for creative and spiritual progress when it is not used for procreation.
Is my point right. Does any women think this way today. Please reply..
