Monitoring this u-joint vibration coming from the torque converter and output shaft due to a bad lockup? or is the joints out of phase from alignment? This may give a clue. We know there is a bad rear main seal and possibly a bad trans pump seal for sure.
After reviewing the video at 9:55 you can hear the torque converter noise. So we indeed have a bad torque converter possibly a bad lockup inside the torque converter. This will require the following repair steps:
    1. Disconnect Driveshaft
    2. Disconnect Starter
    3. Disconnect rear transmission frame crossmember
    4. Disconnect rear transmission mount
    5. Disconnect Parking shift linkage
    6. Disconnect transmission lines and connectors
    7. Disconnect transmission bell housing from engine
    8. Pull out transmission and inspect TC and fluid pump seal
Lots of labor and possibly disconnecting the exhaust as well if not using a lift. I can eliminate some of the vibration by adding the lift blocks to the rear leaf springs. But truth be told, vibration of a loose TC or broken TC bolt or bad lockup or stator will cause output shaft end play ultimately causing wobble on the driveline.

That’s what mine sounds like right now and the loss of power as well

Turned out my TC wasn't bad it sounded like there was an issue with it because the exhaust was coming down hitting the the driveshaft or something, the shop had to fabricate a mount to hold it from hitting the driveshaft or upper u-joint. I also had them inspect the tc-bolts and they said a couple were loose they re-torqued, but they claimed nothing was wrong with the tc. After years of replacing u-joints on this truck when the upper one failed the driveshaft got knocked around a bit so I decided to finally replace it. The rubber inside the balancer was rotted anyway and the driveshaft ears were all gauled up from years of u-joint repairs. Spending the 700 for a new driveshaft was probably a good idea in the end.

@@OldTimerAutoRepair yes sometimes it is best to just replace things and save yourself a lot of headaches if the money is there.

Just to confirm because my car is making a very similar noise right after installing an aftermarket exhaust. This noise isn’t the torque converter?

it was the aftermarket exhaust rubbing against the tail housing loose causing the spline from the driveshaft to move out of alignment, it made it sound like it was the TC but it wasn't. The fix was a fabricated bracket to secure the cross exhaust system.
