    I know that with watercolours the paper is the most important. Well done in not overworking it too much. Yes it is hard to know when to stop all the "improvements".

      I agree! I knew I could do better. With even more practice I’ll get where I want to be with these small portraits. 🙂

    The first painting was nice, but the eyes are too large and wrong shape. I know getting the eyes right is the most difficult part. Thanks for showing us and being honest. The second painting i think you have got it right. Xxx

      Thanks for your feedback. Yes, I try to be as transparent with my viewers as I can. I am no expert on portraiture. Especially this small. I appreciate you watching. 👍🏻
