I know that with watercolours the paper is the most important. Well done in not overworking it too much. Yes it is hard to know when to stop all the "improvements".
The first painting was nice, but the eyes are too large and wrong shape. I know getting the eyes right is the most difficult part. Thanks for showing us and being honest. The second painting i think you have got it right. Xxx
