The GT4 has ruined me, now every other Cayman looks awkward without the GT4's spoiler
Gt4 has ruined me from every car ever, it's so desirable!
I am fortunate enough to own one of each of these cars. My 2015 GTS has a PDK and of course my 2016 GT4 is a 6 speed. It had been my intent when I bought the GT4 ten months ago to sell the GTS, but I just can't let it go. I got each car as a track toy, not a daily driver, or really a 'transportation' car at all. Once I got the GT4 I hardly take the GTS to the track any more. The GT4 is just better there. But the GTS is still so much fun, especially with the PDK, that still want to go play in it whenever I can. One factor that I think bares mention is that I paid $62k US for the GTS while the GT4 set me back $102K. I love both cars. If I had to chose, I'd keep the GT4 without hesitation. But I'd miss the PDK and the bark of the GTS.

Did I just miss something or was there absolutely no comparison discussion at all in this video? Yes GY4 is awesome but how much better over a GTS?

Probably one of the best driver cars these days which will sit most of its days under a cover in a garage.

Talk about bargains, I picked up a used (8k mils) 981 Cayman S, loaded with all the mechanical options including ceramic brakes for only $59k.
im a subscriber of yours...never knew you got the car for that cheap my god!!!! I bought my gts for 100k after taxes and warranties. Starting to feel like I could have had some major savings haha. which is why I onced asked you if you think GTS will keep their value. I just hope down the future IF I do sell this car, that it would still be worth a bit.
ZDY I think you'll be fine. The GTS cars always hold their value pretty well. I got lucky on mine. Found it at a Mercedes dealrrship, it was a recent trade in & they just wanted to sell it, not knowing what they had.
So. Both of them are my favorite models

Mid engine has a more balance feel than rear engine. If not because of Porsche trying to limit Cayman, it supposed to track faster than 911 if given the same power.
+AM-V8 You wont have to worry... You can't get one ...They are sold out And if you could, you would see is a much better drivers car, but I have a feeling that wont change your mind ... :-)
The only fault of the GT4 is that you can't select the PDK. That's why I cancelled my pre-order and got a GTS.

The only fault of the GTS is that the option for PDK is there. Don't get me wrong, as far as automatics go, PDK is simply unrivaled, but manual is far superior to any dual clutch.

I understand that. People rave about manuals because they think it makes them a 'real' driver. The PDK has an extra ratio for a kick off and you can get in some decent left foot braking action. Any other Cayman - the PDK is a must have.
