    I hate to say this but I absolutely love to hear that someone else who has the same problems and the sane solutions that I am experiencing. I am not alone!!!!!!! I am so sorry I found joy with your situation. I just found it refreshing -- your honesty, and sense of humor. I have felt so alone with this crazy disease. I am not alone!!!!!! Thank you.

    As always, great video, David 😄 I really appreciate your honesty and willingness to share all of the good, the bad, and the ugly that comes with Parkinson's. Your grateful spirit and gentle humor underlie every presentation and, instead of being bummed out by your frank discussions, you actually lift the spirits of all who watch. Thanks for sharing this with us 😇

    Hi, thank you for sharing, it really helps. Regarding leg crams…I too have
    cramps and toe curls. The leg cramps are helped by drinking electrolytes daily. Toes curls are only helped by my meds. I can only wear a certain flip flop to help keep them straight. I’m trying to figure out to to modify my flip flops into an orthotic.

    Did you ever do an update on your B1 supplementation?

    • @LifewithParkinsons
      @LifewithParkinsons  Год назад

      Hi Bob, thanks for asking this question, someone else did recently also. I did pin a comment to the supplements video, but I've been thinking about doing an update video.
      Basically, the B1 therapy interfered with my other supplements, which I had to stop taking, and then caused my anxiety to spike quite a bit. In the end the B1 wasn't worth giving up my other supplements for. It may work for some, but not for me.
      What is your experience with it?

      I have 1 big question and anyone can chime in . Or make a video .
      Do you think the meds speed up the progression , guess its kinda hard to tell without 2 lives and 2 paths . Just wondering if things get worse from the meds .
      I was on a lot of meds for 10 years , i was told I turned into a zombie by family and friends , I came off of everything for Fibromyalgia against dr ORDERS , and used a shock device ( fisher wallace stimulator ) on my temples for about 1 1/2 years . Turned my life around for a few years , that and the power of positive thinking , even when really down , tell yourself how great you feel .
      Anyhow just was wondering what others thought , regrets or comments from there experience and knowledge of others .

      @LifewithParkinsons  Год назад

      Hi Sonya, I try and deal with the dyskinesia by going for a walk or doing some sort of activity. Usually for me it indicates that my medication is too high so I need to burn some off. Do you know what causes your dyskinesia?
