I hate to say this but I absolutely love to hear that someone else who has the same problems and the sane solutions that I am experiencing. I am not alone!!!!!!! I am so sorry I found joy with your situation. I just found it refreshing -- your honesty, and sense of humor. I have felt so alone with this crazy disease. I am not alone!!!!!! Thank you.
Hi Ann. Thanks for your awesome and honest comment, I am glad you don't feel alone. 1 is the loneliest number, but you aren't alone. We're all taking this crazy journey together.
@@LifewithParkinsons I get to take this journey with some pretty good company then.
@@annsheehan1266 I like to think so.
As always, great video, David 😄 I really appreciate your honesty and willingness to share all of the good, the bad, and the ugly that comes with Parkinson's. Your grateful spirit and gentle humor underlie every presentation and, instead of being bummed out by your frank discussions, you actually lift the spirits of all who watch. Thanks for sharing this with us 😇
Thanks Jeannine, happy to share in everyone's lives. 😀😀😀
Thanks a lot for sharing your story
You're welcome. Thanks for letting me know.😀
Thank you for sharing your journey and good tips for dealing with symptoms. You are an inspiration to all of us.
Thank you Sharon. Glad you found it helpful.
Thanks for all the tips! That's cool you have quail outside your window!
You're welcome Michele. The Quail provide good entertainment too.
Hi, thank you for sharing, it really helps. Regarding leg crams…I too have
cramps and toe curls. The leg cramps are helped by drinking electrolytes daily. Toes curls are only helped by my meds. I can only wear a certain flip flop to help keep them straight. I’m trying to figure out to to modify my flip flops into an orthotic.
Hi Susan. Thank you for letting me know the video was helpful and thank you for sharing what works for you. I appreciate you took the time to say hello.
Did you ever do an update on your B1 supplementation?
Hi Bob, thanks for asking this question, someone else did recently also. I did pin a comment to the supplements video, but I've been thinking about doing an update video.
Basically, the B1 therapy interfered with my other supplements, which I had to stop taking, and then caused my anxiety to spike quite a bit. In the end the B1 wasn't worth giving up my other supplements for. It may work for some, but not for me.
What is your experience with it?
I e-mailed you a video from Mia Boelen's you tube page. She has a lot of great tips on there too.
Great, I didn't know about her
Hi David, have you heard of this thing called NEXSTRIDE for freezing gait?
Hi Waheeda I have not heard of that I will have to check it out

Many have found this simple gadget useful, enabling them to do walking, hiking and such more confidently. I have not tried it myself though.
@@waheedamarican2108 Thanks looking into it
Hey buddy, good hacks ❤️ I don’t have any hacks, I just get up at 545am ever single day(habit) stretch and leg raises then downstairs to lift weights 🏋️. That’s about it..🤔🤔
Hey GoPro it is fantastic that you have things figured out and it’s working for you. Keep going!
You look great today brother
Thank you, Jerry, I did my hair.😀😁😁
Thank you for the laugh . Did your hair 😄
I have 1 big question and anyone can chime in . Or make a video .
Do you think the meds speed up the progression , guess its kinda hard to tell without 2 lives and 2 paths . Just wondering if things get worse from the meds .
I was on a lot of meds for 10 years , i was told I turned into a zombie by family and friends , I came off of everything for Fibromyalgia against dr ORDERS , and used a shock device ( fisher wallace stimulator ) on my temples for about 1 1/2 years . Turned my life around for a few years , that and the power of positive thinking , even when really down , tell yourself how great you feel .
Anyhow just was wondering what others thought , regrets or comments from there experience and knowledge of others .
Hey Jerry, I certainly can't answer this but I will repost in RUclips community and FB page to see if someone else can.
Is it ok to repost your comment?
How do you deal with dyskinesia? It makes me feel so tired
Hi Sonya, I try and deal with the dyskinesia by going for a walk or doing some sort of activity. Usually for me it indicates that my medication is too high so I need to burn some off. Do you know what causes your dyskinesia?
What medication are you taking
Hi Sonya here is the link to my video that outlines my medications. ruclips.net/video/dmt_Mcw_cpY/видео.html
Feeling cold is a well known side effect of fasting.
Mohammed Ali's daughter would clap whenever her father froze in a doorway. It provided a distraction.
Thank you Peter, that is very interesting. I will ask my wife to try that next time.⚡👍
Try fasting. A week at a time.
