This is exactly how I discovered my Parkinson. I went to the doctor because I couldn’t brush my teeth.

first thought that came to mind for people with issues of toes pressing too close together were the toe spacer cushions used when applying nail polish might help seperate the toes some

When my toes did that (pressed together) early in my diagnosis, I tried that but it actually made them spasm more. I think some people felt relief but mine was the opposite. Weird

Love you guys :) Whenever my phone alerts me there's some thing new, I get here rather quickly when I can lol. The rolling knife, never knew.. looking at some know haha :) I have the Burst tooth brush, like you said OMG so awesome haha Couple tricks I have been using along with the ones you mentioned are using a water pic as well with those floss picks and Brian you mentioned ties and the clip-ons..I thought that route at first too and then could never find one that I liked. Soo, When I'm able to tie one or when the wife helps tie them, when its ready to come off, keep them tied. Loosen them enough to where you can take them off without undoing them all the way. I have most of mine tied in the closet atm lol One more for the feet i do use a ball as well, has little knob like spikes. I was told it was to help with blood flow etc. I also do the towel trick stretch for the Achilles and toes. Stretch those Achilles muscles, there's another I do with the wall too. It's huge for the bottom of the foot, do these and it'll payoff :) Keep Moving all!

Regarding tattooed eyeliner - when I got an MRI recently, they asked about whether or not I had that, so you may want to consider whether or not it will prevent future MRIs.

Really good to know! I never thought about that. I'll have to ask someone about that.

Did you know that neurotherapy, specifically neurofeedback can help reduce or eliminate many of the symptoms of PD.

Go to your local community colleges dental hygiene department for extra cleanings... the students need the clinical and PD pts need extra cleanings (inexpensive)
