    There is a recent review indicating that those studies showing no improvement had too low a platelet count to be effective. Two-3 million platelets vs 8-10 million. Results are dose dependent.

    For meniscal tear which injection will be the best sir

      It depends. If it is a degenerative meniscal tear, studies show exercise alone might be sufficient. PRP can also help along with exercise. If it is a vertical tear in the red zone, surgery might be better. If you have mechanical symptoms, surgery might be better. There is a lot of nuances as noted above. Better to consult with a good sports medicine doctor who practices evidence based medicine. Hope this helps.
