      Most likely your bp is well controlled because of medications. However one can control blood pressure with lifestyle modification. Would recommend working with your doctor to adjust your medications. To know more check out this video ruclips.net/video/BYMqCwNjIzw/видео.html

    Studies shows that sleep is far more important to allow your body to recuperate and grow muscles at the same time. It is possible you may be doing too much of cardio leading such exhaustion and your body asking for more sleep.

    • @srikanthnithyanandammd
      @srikanthnithyanandammd 23 дня назад

      Great point. I would totally agree. But as a doctor, I have to work around the time that I have. In that scenario, exercise becomes a priority rather than extra 15min of sleep.

    Hello, I am 28 years old and have been taking 50mg metoprolol tartrate every morning for about 4 years because I had myocarditis 4 years ago. My doctor said that there was no permanent problem with my heart, but when I tried to stop using metoprolol under the supervision of my doctor, even my resting pulse rate was over 90. That's why I never stopped taking the medication, but even with simple exercise, my pulse rate easily reaches 120-140. Since my sleep problems and life energy started to get seriously bad, I think I should start exercising slowly, but on the other hand, I wondered if exercising while using metoprolol tartrate was harmful and watched your video. By the way, 2 years ago on New Year's Eve, I had atrial fibrillation for the first time in my life due to serious alcohol consumption and it lasted 20 minutes. When I went to the hospital, the rhythm was normal, but when I explained my symptoms, my doctor said it could be atrial fibrillation and there was no problem after that. There is no arrhythmia in my heart. Do you think it would be a problem if I exercise gradually and my heart beats at a maximum of 150? I want to start because I think exercise will be good for my life energy, sleep problems and body aches. Greetings from Türkiye.

    Does this mean that if you are heavier, regardless of why you are heavier (doesn't matter if your a 250 lb body builder or 250 lb couch potato), you are still more likely to suffer from knee osteoarthritis just because you are carrying more weight for a longer period of time?

    • @srikanthnithyanandammd
      @srikanthnithyanandammd Месяц назад

      That's an excellent question. It's not straightforward to determine if the risk of knee osteoarthritis is directly due to increased weight or the behaviors leading to obesity. Regarding bodybuilders and their risk of knee osteoarthritis, it's likely lower. This is because they typically have stronger muscles around the knee that can absorb force, thereby reducing stress on the joint. Alternatively, it could be that the primary issue with obesity and knee osteoarthritis is not the weight itself but the body fat (adiposity), which serves as an inflammation source contributing to arthritis

    Hi Sir Namaste, I felled while playing badminton and it hit hard on my knee and side of knee pained at the time of injury. Consulted Doctor he prescribed medicine and the advised to take rest for 3 weeks straight but after the injury first day the knee is swollen. Visited a Ayurvedic center they bandage the knee and said it will recover but need to visit every 2 days for bandage change. Using medication as advised, after 5 days everything seems to be normal and stopped visiting ayurvedic. Able to move my leg with out any support during bandage but now folding leg gives me small pain in side of knee with swollen muscle which i can see and feel by touch, but when using the long knee brace able to move freely without any pain but moving sideways it pains a lot. Should i take MRI or any intake of food can cure. Currently done with doctor course for a week for next two weeks he suggested to use LIOTEND Collagen peptide Type 1 tablets. Is it good to use and take rest and see or else need to take MRI. Can i use Ibuprofen. Medication he suggested Kiwafree, Rabican, LioTend, Gabawell Gel.

    I mostly agree and would add that it's not just total carbs in a serving that matters. Fiber really counts because it slows glucose absorption rates. Also, what order you eat your meal really counts- fiber, protein, and then starch reduces the spike by 30% to 50% Last comment- it's not just the average glucose count in your blood stream, but managing spikes and crashes. Look up the Glucose Goddess for research grade info on this. Good luck!
