1 tablespoon Marmite paste (aka Marmite yeast extract)
1 tablespoon dark, sweet soy sauce (ABC brand)
1 tablespoon cooking wine
1 tablespoon sugar
1 ½ teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon sesame oil
