To Sell or Not to sell my investment duplex

Happy Hump day. I called this investor in Muscle Shoals, AL today. I am thinking of selling my duplex in Tuscambia, AL. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath (each unit) on a corner lot and near the downtown area. It has hardwood floors and each unit has a window AC unit. The kitchens are original. So some remodeling is needed. Also each unit has a washer and dry in the unit. Total square of both units is 1028 sq ft, sitting on a 10,890 sq ft lot. More to come. Stay tuned.
