I love my City of Long Beach
I love Long Beach. I have lived here since 1987. Moved here from Houston, Texas but lived in Costa Mesa for a couple of years.
Long Beach is a central city to all of Southern California. It has a diverse population and much history.
Today was a busy day for me. I started in downtown at the Aqua Towers to meet some past clients who leased a unit. Picked up keys.
Then headed over to the marina. And decided to do this video. I just love my city. It has so much to offer.

Waiting…on Interest rates. I can appreciate that… by nature rates always rise and fall. The good news is you can refi a mortgage if/when rates go doen again. What you cannot do, however, is go back in time and buy a house at today’s prices. Historically speaking, home values nearly always go up.

I love how much you love your house.
My home is precious to me because it is mine. Nobody else's. Coming from a home where I was raised and still in my grandfathers name. And my last Aunt alive have given up her rights of ownership to her husband who pretty much is trying to get the house. You appreciate ones own home.

My husband has Ring for his art gallery and it works great. As you know in Texas, many people have a pistol or three tucked away at home for protection. I contemplated getting a 12 gauge in Palm Springs during Covid and probably would have slept much better if I had. In Texas you can buy one same day. I guess the last thing I'd want to do is "catch" a thief stealing my flag when I'm unarmed at night and find out too late that I'm overmatched.
@bradowen761 I dont think you know this but i was born and raised in South Texas. Brownsville to be more specific. And my sister was part of a class of 5 women police officers. She was on the force for 35 years. And yes, Texas and guns. I think I will not speak on this topic. Im not a gun person on any level. IM excited about getting my Ring Doorbell 4 working. I think it will be perfect for my needs. In the front of the house.

@@bradowen761 WOW!!!!! Where in the RGV did she grow up? Have you ever been down to the RGV? I usually stay in South Padre Island when I go back home. But the place I used to stay at and was gay own is no longer. He sold it to some straight couple who are not so friendly with LGBTQ people.

Nice video. I vastly prefer seeing video of the house than a series of still photos, cobbled together in what is often an unrevealing series of shots. The one thing that I think would have made this better, would have been if you had taken us into each room. Again thanks for a great video.

Awww. Reminds me of when my black lab Max got sick and diagnosed w cancer. I likewise got him from a shelter when I bought my home in 2003. And you're right (of course), dogs love unconditionally... humans are rarely that cool (funny how we don't see dogs walking around in cliques, acting catty, or judging each other or anyone for that matter based on looks, income, social status, or what youre potentially "worth" to them!)

This is a GREAT buy in my opinion. If you are a first time buyer and you want to buy and live in the Alamitos Beach neighborhood, this is a great buy.There are some purchasing challenges, however, nothing that can't be resolved easily. There will be an open house this weekend, Sunday, October 26, 2014. Time: 1-4 PM.

there are two dogs. They are Yorkie's and they can be easly handle when there is $215K(approximately) in equity in the house. The house is central ac/heat and double pain windows. YOU NEVER hear the dogs inside.
I think that yappy neighbor dog would drive me batty.
this houes is a nice house in North Long Beach. It has a very nice addition to it that makes it perfect for someone to live in the front house and to rent out the back part to someone else. Or say there are two families that want to buy together so they can afford to buy it. It has an addition that has two bedrooms and a bath and it s own outside entrance. The only thing to share would be the kitchen. So you could think of this as 2 families each qualifing for $162,500 purchase.
