Thinking of replacing your windows?

I am replacing my windows with Milgard windows. I spent a couple of months researching and measuring my windows and getting bids.
I have lived in my home for 21 years and I thought it was going to cost more than the bids i got. I thought it was going to cost me about $20-$30K but the two bids I got from Replacement Window Specialist were unit $9,000. Depending on whether I was going to replace the picture window with the same or if I was going to go to a 3 panel format. I decided to stay with the picture window.
