Sit out has a good space where a wooden chair is placed for seating. The entrance of the sit out is given from the left side
Living cum Hall
Sit out leads to living area where a cushion sofa is arranged. It is a living cum dining. We have got a dining space here, where a wooden table with chairs are placed. Also a washing area are provided with small and beautiful basin is placed with storage. And a elegant fall ceiling are provided in hall
Bedroom
On this home two spacious bedrooms are provided. The first bedroom section, we see a simple and spacious room with a double cot. Also attached bathroom is available here. Wardrobe is arranged opposite to the cot.
Checking the second bedroom we see the same almost to the previous one. Here also a cot and wardrobe is arranged. Also attached bathroom is available.

Moving onto kitchen we see a spacious and neatly arranged kitchen with storage racks and shelf.

It is a low budget home constructed in Kerala for the same price with standard materials but not premium materials. The furniture and appliances not include in this price. This is a possible price in our location but other locations may change in the budget, that depends upon the material cost and availability of labour. Also we have our own labour team and we are purchasing the bulk materials for our construction. So you don't compare this price with your location price.

If the price for this house is really 15 lakhs, then this is the most cost efficient, amazing, well decorated and well designed house I have ever seen at this price. Really appreciable work done by the engineers involved into that. I am in love with this house from now on. It's like a dream house to me.

This is only construction....not the interior ...you will get the structure only.. it will cost well around 22- 25 lakh to get this house as shown in the video.🙏

we can make it in 15 lac excluding interior but interiors will cost a huge amount
I recently completed my 3 storey house (2 floors + 1 roof). Total area approx 1000 sq ft per floor. Total cost of construction through contractor was around 28 Lakh. This price also includes 1 hall of around 800 sq ft constructed on roof. Roof waterproofing along with complete tiling also done.
Materials are all medium to high quality right upfrom cement quality to bathroom fittings.
Total rooms 6, total toilets 6, 2 kitchen, 3 hall. Property located in Delhi NCR.
If project was carried out directly without contractor then it would have been cheaper.
@@serajakram The main cost goes up during the finishing process like woodwork, stone, fittings, etc. In the project shown in video, apart from the woodwork, the other materials were not very high quality. So they were able to maintain 15k budget.

House construction is good but don’t know that no one felt that the living and dining room is not arranged properly.. there is only set seater sofa at the corner as if there is no importance for sofa arrangement... it would have been good to keep sofa on the dining side so that the whole set can be placed also the washbasin could have been moved to the stair side and arrange dining where the sofa is kept.. I feel that makes more sense....

I am an Architect and i can assure you that leave interiors part even civil construction will cross 15 lac budget. Costing is inappropriate.
So what is the real budget in your calculation?
Without interior adding only doors and windows it may cost around 18 lkh. Mainly it depends on the place /state/ city where u are constructing.
I'm neither an architect or a civil engineer but I for sure know we can't build a house for 15 lacs. Speaking from experience.
Total area is only 980 SQ ft ..so it's possible with this price
The problem in India is that , people are not honest and straight forward . When you go to buy it you will find several hidden cost exceeding maybe 40 lacs . If 15 lacs is the flat cost of this house , I would want to have atleast 5 of these . And also the main things , what about water and electricity.

Tushar Srivastava you can build a house in 15lakhs too. All you need is good contacts for providing materials for construction like cements, bricks to wood. It’s 950sft somewhere. And if you build a house in city costs you more than in village area. This house must be somewhere in a village and in kerala the price is much cheaper than in other part of cities if you observe. My dad built a single stored house (includes RCC roof on 1st floor) in my grandma’s village for 16 lakhs. It is Comparatively cheaper in villages to build houses than in cities. 😄😄😄 (this house excluded land cost).
