My back pain is 98-99% gone after doing your core balance training. That class was a miracle to be honest, since I had BAAAAAD back pain for years. I still get on the floor for my core a few times a week. Thank you 😊

I am a very satisfied graduate of Dr. Ryan's program. I took it for prevention as I am 71 and have had 45 years of a desk job and knew I was vulnerable to back issues as I get older. I walk and sit differently and love all the helpful exercises he teaches - easy and so powerful. Brilliant work!! Take his class!!!

Great video Ryan. I've heard them all. Since I recently came to understand the root of the problem thanks to Dr. Ryan's other videos, I enrolled in his program and am seeing and feeling tremendous results. I've been compromised for 20+ years with SI joint issues and knowing how this connects with the muscles located close to the spine, AND ALSO how to address the imbalance, is tremendous mental AND physical relief.

This channel is the best and had helped me a lot 1 year ago when i had my back injury. I went to several spine doctors and Chiropractors in France but no one gave better advice than Bryan. I've saw almost all he's videos here and specially the ones related to Spondylolisthesis and herniated discs. He should really replace all those spine doctors...

I just want to tell you thank you for educating me. I have learned so much from you about every pain I have had since my right hip was replaced twice within 6 months. 17 months later and still in pt, I have leg length difference from surgery but finally back to 90%, just getting strength back. You have taught me everything. You have answered all my questions that I've never got answered. I'm so thankful to you. You have been a part of my recovery team. I'm finally back on my horse, learning to ride with him again. I love your videos. I love your computer body. It is unbelievable how much it helped me understand. I've searched the internet so many times trying to find diagrams only to discover they dont really help. You are the best educator. I can't express how awesome you are. I share your videos. Thank you and thank you for sharing your computer body. We need to give it a name since I can't remember the technical name.😂❤🎉

    Good advice.
I do crunches, twisting crunches side bends, pelvic lifts and a bunch of other exercises I can't remember the name of.
My back felt better but I now complete the balance with hamstring and bridges.

Can you make a video about the role the thoracolumbar fascia and maybe the iliotibial fascia can potentially play in posture and back pain?

I have spondy L4 and spinal stenosis due to the spondy 40 yrs ago took a blow to my back from someone.. PT has helped. I never have back pain but I had hammy and glute pain.. So after different treatments, I am left with neuropathy. Im in a great PT program at the place and at home. Im only bothered by neuropathy 4 years. Im going to try your program. It was so painful to bend forward but better now. Then two weeks ago was in a car accident. I was hit from behind 4th car in the 5 car crash. Started way behind me. Just some mid back and rib pain from that. Its all things done to or at me.I feel like a target. But I am a survivor, walking functioning pretty good except my foot pain.

I had back problem for more than two years and I tried different kinds of exercises but didn’t work, most exercises were legs exercises but not effective
One day i did hand exercise i felt good and no pain , so i continued the hand exercise, now i am pain free , the pain that were radiating down to my leg there is no more. Now i understand back pain has nothing to do with leg exercises.

Awesome content Ryan! How long did it take you to get rid of your back pain once you figured out a routine? And how long would you assume it would take to put an mid Grade 1 L5S1 Spondy with a little Disc hernia back in place while doing your program? Or just how long before getting rid of the pain first? Thanks.

Brilliant. Heard all of them. 7:32 and 10:10 IMO can be esp harmful to people reading comments from strangers or influencers with little no credentials or proof of what they say. But I get too many are in pain and the health care systems a few countries are letting them down. Limited funds maybe a barrier to other options so yes easy to believe so much of what you hear. Edit: with osteoporosis any sudden sharp back pain see an MD to rule out stress fracture. Trust me.

    Hello.
I am diagnosed with bilateral pars fracture which then progressed to spondy 3 months before.
My doctor advised me not bend or lift weight 2 more months, what is your advice.
M following your videos trying to walk as you say doing exercises.

Great video. Question as someone who also has gone through si joint pain.
Mine is si joint dysfunction due to injury. Hypermobile. I and my specialists have figured out it is my long dorsal sacroiliac ligament which has been causing me pain this whole time. For sooo long. Mid and upper back pain, too. This ligament has caused me so much trouble. Sooo my question for you as someone who's gone through SI is, when you know it's a ligament or two that is causing chronic pain, at what point do you go that exercises is just not enough and you need more help? You need regenerative modalities like shockwave or prolo or PRP or stem cell. I was told the long dorsal Sacroiliac ligament is not a common ligament to injure, even with SI joint dysfunction.
Did you ever figure our which ligaments you injured for your SI joint pain? Did you ever try anything to fix it other than exercise?
