Such a beautiful home. Homes like this aren't built anymore. I love the natural light and all the marble. I don't think the average person could ever imagine living in this amazing home . You absolutely respect the homes you explore and don't damage them. I love the master bedroom closet.
I really like this place!! The way it's designed. You can tell everyone had their space but not dysfunctional. The place probably appeared much softer with all its furnishing.
Such a fantastic house and video! It's so sad that developers are so greedy now days that they tear down beautiful homes like this to put up condos/ townhouses or even a different house. It seems like this happens more in Canada that what I've heard of in the U.S. Thanks for always showing us the homes and for being respectful of each house, not every explorer is!!
I've really come to like the 80's modern styling having watched a few videos now of homes in that style. The craftsmanship in this particular home is fantastic. Looks like its held up fantastically compared to what I would expect to see in a more regular home dating from the 80's. Having seen a few of these places (thanks Ethan!) it almost seems as if people with lots of money build these huge homes that were set up for entertaining and then they are hardly used for some reason. The main kitchen and the one downstairs look mint, like they were barely used. That fridge and microwave downstairs look untouched ever! Imho you can say "what is up you guys" into the mirror as much as you like Ethan. I see it like a trademark on your videos, I like it :) Thanks for the tour before she gone! So sad....

I absolutely love this house too! As a kid who grew up in the 80s this for sure is a dream house! I always loved the glass blocks and always wanted them. Thank you for going back in the day time to show this!!
The house has a private clinic vibe. Certainly you can imagine a reception area in the foyer, with the ground floor used for various staff needs and treatment rooms.
Ethan thank you for showing this mansion again. It's very industrial in style , but it's absolutely gorgeous !! After being vacant for a few years it's still immaculate and shiny. I can't imagine anyone not loving this house. I love all the glass block walls , the floral wall & matching curved sofa . It has everything wooded yard , tennis court , pool , classy style massive home. I did also love the red ceiling , the orange room . I think the closet in the middle hallway was maybe for the kids toys as it was near the kids bedroom. You know kids need their toys..Lol..I love the extra time you took to show the entire property. Great work , you're the best !!! Keep them coming , please don't worry about saying " what's up guys " 😂💝
This house is almost in PERFECT condition. The asking price or value at 15 Mil is well...Alot and idk if I really seen anything that makes it worth that, maybe 3 mil at most. Thank you for going back and filming this one for us. Love the channel and the houses.
@@walterbrunswick I personally do not need a home this big but I still appreciate the architecture and the history of older homes but thats just me. 🤷♀️ Thanks for your opinion but I politely disagree...Also, I noticed you commented on some other people's comments as well, in my opinion if you can afford a house like this, you can afford a house keeper or a group of keepers who can take care of the home and do all the things you do not want to do. Also, its my opinion that the people who live in the home are the ones who make it just another big house VS A HOME! There is a difference! So...if you grew up in a big home that felt cold and it was NOT a great experience maybe you should look at why that is....maybe it was not the house...have a good day/life.
@@Ghost_Ruthless it wasn't fully the fault of the house, but it definitely didn't "help" ... it was definitely not a 'warm' house, but a party house built in 1992 also living by yourself in a house this big can DEFINITELY be creepy... you start hearing noises at night... no thanks😅😅

Thank you for not editing out, those noises, etc that keeps keeps it exciting like we're there with you. Keep up the awesome work Ethan!
I don't know if anyone else noticed. But when Ethan is at the pool, watch the very first window to the right. As Nathan is showing the pool , to me it looks like someone is wiping the window with a white cloth. Maybe it's just me or a flower in the wind.
I went back to that part in the video. I had noticed it as well. It happened to be the weed in front of that window waving in the wind, but it sure did look like someone cleaning the window at first glance.
I thought you were either in a mall or one of those buildings that has several Dr's, Lawyers, and whatever other company who just needs a little office space as to renting or buying a home and gut it out and have it modeled however they want. Do you know what the future is for this house? Is it on the list to get demolished, or is it up for sale, or was it foreclosed on? The 80's going into the 90's was really big with building homes and buildings. Thanks for sharing another adventure with us. Still don't understand why someone would want 9+ bathrooms. Then again, they weren't cleaning them. stay safe. God Bless.
Just started 👀 your videos; and, my first comment. This home is stunning. Seems to have only one leaky skylight; needs some different color paint in areas; update plumbing fixtures; update appliances; clean up the grounds and tennis court; and, this home could be back up and running. Born in the 60s, and have been a professional in new residential construction for 30 years. Really enjoying your videos, thus far; thank you Ethan.
Why are they always demolishing nice looking property's instead of tearing down those very old messed up, ugly decade water damage, ruined mansions that nobody wants.
This is massive and even without being updated I would love it ! You have all of this room and the property and privacy , I would be so grateful and feel blessed 🌺
Your comment made me laugh right out loud. Too cute. I would love to decorate this house to make it show as a home. It is so awesome. I couldn't even afford the water bill with the water turned off but it's fun to imagine.
It does scream 80s!I love many elements like the glass block which allows all the light yet with privacy and I love the terrarium with the plants that are still living!I love the fountain lit by skylights and those unusual high windows up where most rooms are dark&that artwork of a fireplace. The only thing I dont care for is the kitchen with its gray but I think the rounded corners are nice.I like the gates that can lock off sections of the house.Really unique find thanks for exploring and sharing with us!

You nailed it Miame Vice. This house could be updated and be so cool. LED lighting on that block glass. Cabinet fronts updated still modern. This house brought me back the mauve cabinets so 80's. So sad nobody can see the potential for this house. I do not modern that much but can see this house being so cool.

The washing machine and dryer are practically brand new! What a waste of money! I get that this is a very expensive house but there are people in need out there that would appreciate these items!
What’s up, Ethan? I wondered if you have had interlopers come in while you were exploring a house. What would happen? I have looked at old abandoned type houses and wanted to be mosey, but figured I’d end up falling thru the floor. Nothing like these beautiful homes, that really are in move in condition if you could afford them. My whole family could live there and we wouldn’t bump into each other for days. Keep up the adventuring , it’s a pleasure to watch.
Ethan, This is absolutely beautiful Mansion 😍 . For being in the 80's, the owner used the right colors event hough it is white. White and black make the house alot brighter and bigger. It stands out. Love the glass block window. Easier to clean and cannot see through like your regular windows. This colors and all the enminies in the house were very carefully thought and planned out to articulate withe the other things that were in the house. Loved the water fountain, and I alos loved that big kitchen. Olive green was the perfect color to use in it. The whole property was magnificent! The swimming pool was neat as well. But it is as shame that it is going to demolished. It is somthing that yhe owner isn't going to slavage some of the inside of the house. I hope you win that lottery so you can save this beautiful Mansion! Thank you very much for your explorers. Thay are really Awsome!
Wow your videos are amazing, this is one of my favorite mansions, it's always refreshing to see a person that appreciates, vintage Styles in architecture. If I had the opportunity to move into that Mansion, I would keep it the way it is. I would add some 80's in style furniture to match the era of the mansion.
Pretty great retro 80's style! This home was obviously created for entertaining on a grand scale! That first closet you went into (by the "maids" quarters) was a good indication to me! Thanks Ethan
Loved the day time explore! I really love seeing the grounds as it brings even more class to the house that already has everything. I hope you win the lottery! Take care, stay safe & God bless! xoxo 💖Kat
It's OK to be creeped out inside a giant mansion that's been abandoned for years. Honestly, the best thing to do is to take someone with you just so you don't freak yourself out… Know… I have never been in that situation before... .>

What a beautiful home it is very rare when you see house that is intended displayed art but the building itself is a piece of art this home in the mid 80s was built for a developer that built thousands upscale homes hotels and communities this was his personal house where him and his wife lived I believe he died in the mid-2000s but his children now run his development business I have visited some of their properties and have noticed that a lot of the same design elements that impress and wow you and your viewers about this home the same design elements are featured in lots of their current projects it is sad to know that this house is slated for destruction maybe with all the attention you and the other explorers have focused on this this property with thousands of positive comments from all the viewers the children that runs the development company for might see the positive comments and save the home from destruction for them to save this house would just be a drop in the bucket.
Such a unique house! My favorites were the little desk that was sort of isolated in an alcove which I would’ve used for an art studio 🎨 also the mauve bar and master bathroom. Really enjoyed this one Ethan!! #WhatIsUpYouGuys 🌈🌈😊
Why haven’t you & your homies started a home deconstruction, architectural salvage business? Then you can save the things you can and then resell them. You’re so passionate about these homes. Imagine how great you’d feel each time you save whatever you can from being ripped out and tossed in the dump. Not only would you be recycling some amazing things and giving them a whole new life, but you can make a few bucks.while you do it.
I've watched quite a few of these abandoned mansion videos last few days and they are all very very cool but I believe the '80s and '90s ones are my favorite so far just all the thought that went into the layout of this and all the natural light and everything it's so incredible
With all that marble in there I would never take off my roller skates LOL. Then again two with all those mirrors in there every time you turn the corner I'd scare the crap out of myself
The people saying this place is cold and like a hospital should search the original listing photos when it was staged with eclectic furniture and artwork. It's a stunning property! I hope the new owners appreciate it and don't tear it down.
I saw those pictures too, they were from 5~years ago I guess? The front of this house looks like a mess though tbh, I've driven past it once a week for the last 2 years~, and the weeds/high grass are pretty nasty.
The daytime tour allowed viewers to see certain features that would otherwise go unnoticed in a night tour (eg. those long windows running up along the top of the walls, or the pinkish colour being reflected onto the tub in the master bedroom). No matter how many times i see that "ballerina bar" in the master bedroom it still baffles me though! 😂 That furnace room downstairs really does give off a creepy vibe, with it being so dark and massive (and seemingly sound proof). Thanks again for putting in the time and effort for another great video. 🙂

I totally agree. Everyone has their own taste, shouldn’t be a problem. I love this house 💟💜
those glass blocks look even cooler in the daylight! Thanks for going back and giving us a daytime perspective of this really interesting house.
That sure is a amazing Mansion Ethan. I wish this house could be salvaged, instead of being torn down. Way too nice of a house to be sitting there abandoned for sure. Thanks for the cool find Ethan! Keep up the great work!👍
Awesome house. Never apologize for being yourself. What's up guys.
Kimberly Does your family by any chance own pizza shop?
@@alexbryson4277 No. I almost started a cheesecake bakery a while back.
So sad....
Hey Ethan, Pam in Atlanta here (US) If no one tells you, you are awesome! Your videos are very well done and it makes me so happy when you post new explores! Stay safe and keep doing you sir!
Wow. This place is amazing. I’m with you Ethan, I would live there.
Crystal Does your family by any chance own pizza shop?
So clean, there’s not even natural decay. Amazing. The maids area is bigger than my apartment lol
Never apologize for how long a video happens to be!! This is a big property to explore! Great as always!! Thanks Ethan
Someone needs to restore this nice looking place, fix it up,make repairs and renovations,an move in it. Nice.🏠👍
Finally someone said it 😂
Ethan thank you for showing this mansion again.
But definitely an awesome house. I could see myself living in this one with a few renovations to bring up to date and a little more Modern but keeping the vibe still. Great find. Thank you for going back and filming this one for us. Love the channel and the houses.
I wouldn't live in this shithole if they paid me to.
Had enough 'fun' living in McMansion's in my childhood
@@Ghost_Ruthless it wasn't fully the fault of the house, but it definitely didn't "help" ... it was definitely not a 'warm' house, but a party house built in 1992
also living by yourself in a house this big can DEFINITELY be creepy... you start hearing noises at night... no thanks😅😅
My family lives in a 1955, one owner, all original ranch on a cul-de-sac and that’s more my preference ,but this house could easily change my mind ! It’s a beauty for sure.💕
I can only imagine what it looked like brand new. I bet it was beautiful. It is beautiful now. I miss the 80's. Wish I were trapped in the 80's. I can't stand this era. I agree with you on the hardware floors being actual wood not the crap of today. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you SO MUCH for visiting this place during the day! I was a true 80's girl and this brings back memories of the 80's. This was definitely built for entertaining business contacts and or party. Omg those low toilets, so 80's! If us older folks tried those now, we'd fall over! 😂 They are unique and were great for the time period.
I really like your professionalism and appreciation for the beauty of older style homes, as well as wood paneling, etc. I bet that basement cedar closet was for furs.
I can imagine myself listening to Prince on a cool fall evening whilst sitting in this home during the 80s
As you get prison pounded during an orgy
@@thescout4313 oh
Now, this is a home I could come to love. My whole extended family could live here and maybe run into each other once a week!
Ethan Im a huge MCM fan. That is my favourite home style. Dont let people try to change your opinions. Just do and like what you do. This house is amazing. You kinda gave me a heart attack in this. Be safe out there.
Ethan my heart is breaking. I just saw recent photos of this place and the basment is trashed and tagged badly. Its one of my favourite homes. Id kill to have a home like this. So upset
This is such an amazing house. I would love to live in a place like this. It's hard to see someone would just abandon such a beautiful property. Wow.
that place is just beyond the beyond, love it. thanks for showing us!
Those of us who remember Miami Vice truly appreciate this house. Love it too!!!👍😃❤🇺🇸
Another great one Ethan Minnie! Thank you for sharing. I love it when you do “what’s up guys” with the mirrors. ❤🤗♥️
I remember your night explore on this house, Ethan. It's incredibly impressive. Another great video! Love ya!
Hands down the best host of touring homes. Your contacts are amazing, production quality, second to none. This house should be mine! Impressed with your fearlessness and keeping your composure. Keep them coming.
I know I’m late, but watching this I completely understand how sketchy random noises are. When I explore places like this, every noise freaks me out because you have no idea what it could be, even if it could be given a rational explanation. Awesome video though! Love seeing these houses even though I wish I could afford one!
The daylight really shows how unique this house is. You are very good at what you do. You research each home and provide a great tour of each home. Thank you.
Absolutely beautiful home. Please never stop saying what's up you guys!!!!!
It's a cold 'home'
You nailed it Miame Vice. This house could be updated and be so cool. LED lighting on that block glass. Cabinet fronts updated still modern. This house brought me back the mauve cabinets so 80's. So sad nobody can see the potential for this house. I do not modern that much but can see this house being so cool.
incredibly beautiful house. and thank you for another exciting house you have found. so thank you 🙂👌
I've seen this home many times on RUclips, but your excitement appreciation of it brings it to a whole new level of awesomeness!

I’m curious to know who lived there. He said he couldn’t say because it would give away where the house is at.
The house is in Toronto
@@andreabuccini6343 thanks
Vince Carter used to live in it.
@@uncleTedK oh wow this was his old house that’s what’s up. Thanks
Hi Ethan, this place is so massive I got lost many times. I also love the glass blocks. It's a little too modern for me. You are awesome.
Everything you do is awesome Ethan what is up Ethan I love that! I can't believe there going to destroy this home🖤
What's up ??... the sky n I hope to see it filled with thunderstorms during the night while roller skating all around the basement.. LOL .. Really , Ethan , you are all right , keep those videos a come'in !!
So SAD, even 80s homes have
character, just as even cars of that era have some kind of character
This whole place SCREAMS all the way 1980s even into the 1990s!
Hi Ethan. This is a huge house. I like it. Glad to see you again. I like the grounds too. Nice big pool. What a waste of a decent prproperty. Thanks for sharing and stay safe.
The washing machine and dryer are practically brand new! What a waste of money! I get that this is a very expensive house but there are people in need out there that would appreciate these items!
Stfu, go and help those people in need then. You aren't right? Exactly
@@thescout4313 ..... what do you know? What's with the attitude? And for your information I do volunteer @ the local food bus!
This is such a cool house! I look forward to you saying “what’s yo you guys” so don’t ever stop
Ethan,
This is absolutely beautiful Mansion 😍 .
Glass block walls were very popular in the 80s you saw a lot of that in movies supposedly filmed in Florida. Let lots of light in homes.
This house is one of your best. It just needs alittle updating but, it's amazing !!! Thanks for sharing it.
I like how the way that built this nice little details it’s so neat and clean
Wow your videos are amazing, this is one of my favorite mansions, it's always refreshing to see a person that appreciates, vintage Styles in architecture. If I had the opportunity to move into that Mansion, I would keep it the way it is. I would add some 80's in style furniture to match the era of the mansion.
What a huge beautiful house. Thanks Ethan, it's a lot better seeing it in the daytime.
Pretty great retro 80's style! This home was obviously created for entertaining on a grand scale! That first closet you went into (by the "maids" quarters) was a good indication to me!
Thanks Ethan
could tell how nervous you were during this. Each time i saw another bathroom all i could think of was the love toilet from snl years ago
Loved the day time explore! I really love seeing the grounds as it brings even more class to the house that already has everything. I hope you win the lottery! Take care, stay safe & God bless! xoxo 💖Kat
It's OK to be creeped out inside a giant mansion that's been abandoned for years. Honestly, the best thing to do is to take someone with you just so you don't freak yourself out… Know… I have never been in that situation before... .>
Yeah, no matter how nice and clean an abandoned place looks.
I always enjoy the longer tours and this house is my favorite. I have already watched it last year but came back to watch again. I am so glad you got to document this beautiful mansion in it's pristine untouched condition. It is my dream house too. I wish I was a billionaire, I would have bought the house for you.
I love all the skylights and the vintage 80’s decor. It would be nice if some things could be salvaged, like those microwave ovens.
Such a unique house! My favorites were the little desk that was sort of isolated in an alcove which I would’ve used for an art studio 🎨 also the mauve bar and master bathroom. Really enjoyed this one Ethan!! #WhatIsUpYouGuys 🌈🌈😊
Very nice revisit Ethan. You do an amazing job and this house is very nice. I like both the longer and short videos because you do great work.
Getting approvals to do this would require mounds of paperwork and time.
Love it! ! It's so clean looking. I could totally see you living in that beautiful house. LOVE! ! 💋🐾🐾✌
The master bedroom bathroom has an art deco vibe. Love the closest.
I've watched quite a few of these abandoned mansion videos last few days and they are all very very cool but I believe the '80s and '90s ones are my favorite so far just all the thought that went into the layout of this and all the natural light and everything it's so incredible
Beautiful house thank you for the video! ✌
Stacy Does your family by any chance own pizza shop?
It length of the video made sense with the size and rooms in the house. Thanks for sharing this one.
With all that marble in there I would never take off my roller skates LOL.
Then again two with all those mirrors in there every time you turn the corner I'd scare the crap out of myself
You wouldn't have to pay to go to a skating rink that is for sure.
Absolutely gorgeous home ❤️❤️❤️
Love the house! Very cool! Keep on with the “what’s up guys” in the mirrors….you crack me up! Love it!
Doesn't look like a home, looks like a business.
Exactly on point sir
The daytime tour allowed viewers to see certain features that would otherwise go unnoticed in a night tour (eg. those long windows running up along the top of the walls, or the pinkish colour being reflected onto the tub in the master bedroom). No matter how many times i see that "ballerina bar" in the master bedroom it still baffles me though! 😂 That furnace room downstairs really does give off a creepy vibe, with it being so dark and massive (and seemingly sound proof). Thanks again for putting in the time and effort for another great video. 🙂
Saying "What's up guys?" in the mirrors, that's your "trademark". It's expected in your vids, that's what sets them apart. So keep doing it.
What is up Ethan. This house is amazing and very beautiful. Especially with the glass blocks. The swimming pool, the kitchen etc. Just beautiful.
