While all of us are still waiting for part 3 of the vibration therapy video, with scientific facts and figures that allow us to know what to buy (or not to buy), we get this advertisment instead, for a product with ingredients that are so secret they aren't listed on the Beam website, something that would be illegal in Europe (but not so in the U.S.) . I'm always interested to find out about revolutionary food supplements, if scientifically proven. Where's the proof? If we're not allowed to know the ingredients, what is there to hide? And why would we buy a product that is potentially harmful? The so called 'humates' referred to by Beam are natural fertilizers, similar to what you'd give to plants in your garden, but there could be a lot of phosphorus in it, causing damage to kidneys and heart. Also, humic minerals are partially sourced from lignite aka brown coal. So, if you're lucky you also get a dose of arsenic and lead for free. Last but not least: humic acid causes a flare-up of many autoimmune diseases such as lupus, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis etc. etc.
I think Doug should disclose in all these videos whether he has any conflict of interests, e.g. whether he gets any compensation from sale of the products shown in his videos. Similar to researchers declaring conflict of interests in scientific studies.
There are a lot of other web sites about Fluvic minerals do some of your own research it basically dirt or mud that is high in minerals. I have researched these products and I wouldn't hesitate to take it and I am grateful to the info about how to take it. I have been doing a shot glass and from now on I am going to just add it to my daily water bottle. I ♥ this form of minerals its way more natural to take instead of pill form!!!!!

Great Video! I first heard of fulvic & Humic from Suzanne Somors a year ago. I take and have been taking a mineral drop called "BLK." Wonderful stuff!!
I realize for some this may seem like one long commercial with its hyperbole about the product. But I'd just like to report one totally anecdotal research with a subject of one (me) when I started taking Shilajit, the Himalayan-sourced version of fulvic acid, this one by Jarrow. Over a year ago I had a kidney stone lodged in a ureter that required a surgical procedure. I waited instead, and after several months the stone dissolved on its own. The urologist said I must be taking something that is helping to dissolve it, so he said just keep doing what I was doing. Later on, I had my two-year dexa scan for my osteoporosis, and to my total surprise my spinal bone had increased slightly (hips stayed the same), and of course I was delighted. The two other things besides shilajit (plus I've taken Vit D for many years) that were new within 3-6 months prior to that scan were that I also started taking Vit K MK-7, plus I started a stair-stepping exercise (repeating on the same leg for multiple stairs). My blood pressure also improved a great deal within months. Which thing can I credit for the improvement? Who knows! Probably all three, plus i've taken other supplements for years and keep to a somewhat low-carb diet most of the time. And I'm still taking shilajit.
That was a really interesting interview. Your guest explained this very well. I've just ordered the product and we will see what happens. I wasn't sure though ... do you give mineral supplements away now and just use the product? What about Vitamin K - would you continue with this?

Dr. Doug, I wonder what your thoughts are on creatine? I am a 67 year old female of slight build, and have always had trouble building muscle, but it’s gotten even harder post menopause. I just heard about creatine to help build muscle and potentially build bone, and also help with post exercise muscle soreness which is a big barrier to me in doing weight bearing exercise as often as is recommended. Any thoughts would be welcome. I love fulvic and humic minerals for detox purposes by the way, and will be curious to watch this video and find out any added benefits. Thanks!

Hi - I have been taking creatine when I work out. It gives me energy and I have increased muscle mass. I also ensure adequate protein intake. I take about 1 - 2 grams, not the scoop that is 5 grams, as it was too energizing. I recommend starting with a low dose to see what works for you. I'm very happy with it. Also good for cognition. Hi - I just started AlgaeCal. Hoping for great results! One thing I do hear is that some women said the strontium made their blood pressure go up. I don't have a problem with it, but FYI. Found a more affordable product, vetted by doctors, with similar ingredients, and will start taking when run out of AlgaeCal. It is MRM Bone Maximizer III.

Great show! Thank you for the information. I think the fulvic and humic complexes are a benefit in our body, but don't think there is enough magnesium and possibly other minerals in the trace minerals for some people.
This does sound like an infomercial....fulvic and humic minerals are great but also widely available for much lower prices than this product. Do your research, people, and don't fall for this long advertisement.
@@homePNW Yes. I have genuine concerns about that especially after all the work I've done trying to get straight answers about its benefits in osteoporotic women, and Dr Jaquish's reluctance to keep track of the data to actually prove his claims.
This was a very interesting program. It has brought a couple of questions to my mind. Your guest mentioned that it could be detrimental to our health to bombard our system with a lot of different minerals to help combat a deficiency. I am 70 years old and have been diagnosed with osteoporosis. I am a very avid listener to your programs and have learned a lot by doing so. The question this program brings to my mind today was, by taking extra supplements of calcium, magnesium, D3, and vitamin K2, can this be a detriment to one’s health, if through blood work those levels seem to be at a sufficient number? Also, how many mg of calcium should be taken altogether (diet and supplement) for a 70 year old with a T score, for hip and spine, -2.5 and -2.6. Thank you for all the information you supply to your listeners.
