Sorry the trip was canceled! It’s always good to get a situation where you see if you’re all prepared/ready to go (for when the situation DOES come up). Being PORTABLE is one of my favorite things to do, and I’ve been working on getting my kit plans all figured out and I want to try out more LIGHTS…I do “t-lighting” a 2 light setup that is kind of like 3-point lighting, but much easier so I use a 10-inch LED panel for the 2nd light, and used to use a large panel for the main light, but the ones out there now are getting heavier (though better built than they used to be) so I’m leaning towards a COB form-factor now. Have you tried using PD/USB-C power delivery?
