Wow! What a delicious breakfast! Being from the South, I love my grits....as your husband does. 😋 I like my grits with a lot of butter and used to put a lot of sugar but stopped the sugar for health reasons. The egg bites looked pretty good. If I were to eat what you made, I would cut the sausage into small pieces and mix it in the grits along with the egg bites. Mmmmmm..... I hope you make more Combi meals.

Yes, they WERE delicious! Thank you! I like savory grits for dishes like shrimp & grits, and sweet grits with breakfast sides. Now that I've made grits in the Combi, I've had grits a lot more often! 😆
