    Homemade pizza crust
    ¾ cup of Warm water
    1 ¼ Tsp instant yeast
    1 tbsp sugar
    ¾ tsp salt
    1 tbsp oil
    2 cups all purpose flour
    Now I did make a mistake that was NOT a mistake with the 7 min on the 390 air fry. It really helped cook the crust I think! Add your favorite sauces and toppings I did put on bake for 390 for 14 min I think I will make more pizza like this. And it sure saves a lot of money in the long run. Pennies only for the crust just takes time/effort to do it

    You should consider a beead machine. We got one a year ago and I find that using the dough setting makes things like pizza dough, rolls, cinnamon rolls so easy. I use recipes with 3 to 4 cups of flour and they work perfectly. My friend sent me a recipe for her rolls - made tons and was too much for my machine so I just halved it and it works perfectly. Now I want pizza!

      I had a bread machine at one time I didnt like the way it made the bread it was that fancy z one. I do like my KA to do the bread for mixing and the food processor did a great fast job for the crust. I think like the other day with the family coming the 4 cups would of worked perfect this crust was "thick" but not tooo thick but I will continue to make the crust in the food processor. This was one of the best pizzas I have made to date. Now I have 2 lunches of pizza as left overs which I am sure will work nice for days I dont want salads. You will have to make a pizza now :) I am glad I tried this I am sometimes afraid to make things on camera for you all the 1st time with me making it. But like I say you all are along for the ride good or bad with the way meals come out.

      Whitney I have proofed in the June oven before and I am sure the combi would do such a great job but this was made this time in enough time to let sit and rise, but next time I will be proofing in the Combi so I know which way I like more. Have you proofed in the combi yet where you happy with the results if you have?

I dont make a lot of breads as we dont eat as much of it as I would like even like a good dinner roll I love me a good dinner roll and I try my best not to make too many sweets as I have NO self control :) I will see what I can do Whitney :)

    That's my pizza dough recipe.l added it a lot, but by hand. Looks fabulous. Yes, pizza needs higher temps. I've never prebaked the crust. It comes out great cooking it with all my toppings on it, the crust is cooked perfectly. The combi did a great job, Nessa ❤

      Sounds great! My wrists dont like doing most of that harder stuff by hand. I have had to re bake the crusts due to the crust not being done and the rest was over done. This one worked out perfectly I am sure it could of went a few min more but it was cooked. Do you add seasoning to your crust Sherry?

    • @sherryleach2995
      @sherryleach2995 7 месяцев назад +1

      Sometimes, Nessa, I usually make bacon, chicken, mushrooms, carmalized onions, red peppers, cheese and when done I add fresh tomatoes I make thin crust but when I make stuffed regular crust I add garlic and onion powder I roll string cheese around the pizza for the stuffed crust. It's ham and pinapple. ❤

      @@nessasnook canning should be fine. I make a big batch when I make it and freeze in portions. But I simmer it on the stove 15-20 mins.
