I'm hoping you have more videos to upload because, if you are like me, it is not possible to kayak under the current lockdown in Newcastle/Lake Macquarie. I was going fishing today (Tuesday) but the lockdown saw an end to that. Perhaps after next Sunday but I'm not holding my breath. I will go with Trevally for the last fish you caught. Another great video. Thanks for sharing.

That's unlucky mate, I live in Lake Macquarie so I have plenty of spots to go fish. Thanks for watching and stay safe

The distance by road from our place to Speers Point boat ramp is 8.2klms. Shorter by air. Unfortunately, I do not have a helicopter. I'm looking forward to your videos. More settled weather ahead.

      Perfect setup mate.
Maybe up the leader to 10lb incase you get bigger 70+ flatties

@@ChrispyyWings I probably will when I run out of 8lb or I might grab some 10lb. Also on google maps I found the spot that u caught the bream and some flatties in the most recent vid I saw u go there in another vid I found it on google maps I plan to go there with mates and a few other spots I have seen on google maps. I’m pretty sure we will catch a few I have said no bait guys full day of lures for flatties it’s a comp I made for us I have the perfect flattie set up as u said they have mono main line and there leader is what ever they can find usually 50 to 80lb mono not even fluro so very visible to flatties I plan to or try to out fish them as it’s a comp and then when they ask how did u catch so many I’ll teach them about all my research and retrieval’s and line research and what RUclipsr have said we only ever catch tiny bream 19cm and 24 cm whiting at biggest with bait when I had my only set up I got one flattie witch was lucky my mate got one the next day mine was 49cm his was 42 my mates brother is yet to catch one this trip with full day of lure fishing for flatties I hope to get him into a few ps if we keep a couple if there not to big we always share our catches
