Great stretches! Day 3 on the 21 day challenge! I feel better but I honestly cannot imagine being able to do the full mermaid pose! It makes me wonder if I do not swim enough, that is going to be one of goals so I can becone more flexible! Thanks for all the great challenges.👏👃👋
This is the best stretch exercise ever. It has a beautiful background, calming music, and a beautiful instructor w/ a soothing voice. I feel brand new and feel at peace.

yes... we realize this is a faster class than most. to fix it we recommend clicking on the little gear icon in the youtube player and chose to run the video at a slower speed... it works for TONS of people hopefully for you too...
Zeenath Anwar try her Yin yoga. They are all slow deep releases into each pose. She will hold a pose for a full min or 2 min depending on which Yin class u choose! Have fun!

haha, don't worry Catina, I'm about as graceful as rock doing this. I can't even sit with my back straight let alone when doing downward dog. Just follow the 21 day guide she's done that includes this vid and you will see a difference by the end, then you'll just want to keep going. Persevere and have patience with yourself, you will improve ;)

i can't do downward dog with feet flat on the ground still, or even sit cross legged properly but i can just about do this and with practice i know it'll get better, the day i can get those damn feet flat will be an achievement on its own lmao. loved this video

This is perfect as a quick warm down after a long run. As it’s only 5 mins, I have no excuse not to do a proper warm down after an exhausting run, thank you 🤗
