I just made it, very good! Will make again. Very important to use tuna from Spain, Italy or Portugal for this, the canned tuna in the US won't do (even the premium stuff).
When i lived in Spain in Malaga the house mother made a delicious seafood saffron soup, very light and delicious and with calamari in it. Please do this recipe!

I live in Alicante and it's been a very hot summer ⛱️ 🌞. Do you have a recipe for arroz negro por favor? I know it's rather expensive at the restaurants (if it's on the menu).
