This in fajita sounds like a good idea! I actually made video of this chimichurri also so the recipe video is on my channel and link is here: ruclips.net/video/HJqY2qIyypI/видео.htmlsi=2YFqf9AQJw0lXzSN I had hard time pronouncing chimichurri on that video so that video is kinda funny as far as I'm concerned. 😅 Just today I bought chimichurri ingredients from store, and I'm planning to make pork tenderloin with chimichurri. Using parsley and cilantro today, so a bit different that I used in this videos chimichurri.
@@loripiontek Hmmm, haven't never thought about using that in roast beef, but it's interesting idea! I've used grill sometimes before oven for roast beef and it gives nice little smoky flavor. 🔥
@@recipecellar I think your meat cut names are a bit different from ours in America. We have done weird cuts, too. Your pronunciations are hilarious and endearing. That's why I started to watch you.
@@loripiontek Beef topside cut is from the upper part of the hindquarters. I wonder if it's called "top round" in america...? I'm not sure. Right there where the tail starts. 😄
It was left for another use because I wanted to eat this wirh chimichurri. But you are right, drippings makes you delicisious gravy, and you should enjoy them also. 😋
Have to go to the store tomorrow and get the beef and try it!
Nice, I hope you like it! 😊
Perfect! Bravo! 🎉
Thank you very much! Bravo! 👌
This looks delicious 😋
Thank you very much! 😊
It will be delicious in a crusty roll with au jus, or fajitas. I'd like to know your chimichura sauce recipe. It looks yummy!

@@recipecellar You might try to add some paprika to give it a nice smoky flavor.

@@recipecellar The grill will always do that to meat, but I'd put the paprika IN the sauce, not on the meat directly.
@@loripiontek oh you meant that way, now I get it. 👌
What kind of meat did you use? I'm so hungry!
It is beef topside cut, perfect for roast beef. 👍

@@patriciaepperson2955 Yea, I think rump roast is the one. I googled it, and it matches. 🤠
How can you make roast beef without gravy from the drippings??

Please learn to cut against the grain 😭
Yea I know, you are definitely right. Against the grain is better. 👌 Dunno what happened here.
