  • Organic coriander seeds have a somewhat citrusy, nutty and floral smell that intensifies when roasted.
Used in various foods, they add a depth of flavour and are subtle aromatic.
Coriander is an ancient spice that has been used since times immemorial.
Beyond taste, organic coriander seeds have many health benefits.
Apart from the coriander seeds and coriander powder, the fresh green leaves and roots are also prized in many cuisines worldwide and are popular in Indian and Chinese foods.
Other names for coriander are cilantro and Chinese parsley. Coriander is also used in bread, pickles, marinades and rubs, and even some beers.

@@stacy2point0 My blood sugar is consistently low after taking coriander seed tea. I eat everything, including burger king over the weekends. When I don't eat carbs (for example, I eat 2 eggs and 1 flat bun for breakfast) and I don't take meds, my blood sugar level can get to as low as 3.6 mmol/L which I think is 65 mgd/l. My bloating is gone and I feel very good around the tummy area. To make the tea taste better, I add a few fennel seeds - 1/4 teaspoon or less. Suffice to say I am elated to have found this!
