I just stumbled on this video. I’m taking fenugreek seeds water empty stomach for a week now. My fasting sugar 6.3 to now went down to 4.5. I’m Pre diabetic I believe. Yes fenugreek help your diabetes. My brother in law heal his diabetes by drinking fenugreek seeds. You have to boil and drink before every meal. He was using insulin now he’s blood sugar is normal
It is not used in chicken and lamb dishes.... We, Indians use use this in most of our cooking. We take soaked Fenugreek seed water in empty stomach in the morning . My sugar level came down to 90-100 range from 350-400. For the past 4 years I could maintain to 100 only with a pinch of soaked Fenugreek seed and the water .

I also take fenugreek the way you do except I add boiling water to the night preparation so that extracts more of the properties. But it really works!!! I used to take this for more breast milk..it really helps to increase breast milk production when I wasn't getting enough to feed my baby. I boil and drain water for tea and use the rest in my oatmeal or yogurt. Great benefits. Also good for hair. Boil seeds and strain the liquid to rinse ur hair. All natural.
Not really sure what it is, but I noticed that it's in your "Advanced Glucose Support". Been taking only a couple weeks, and my numbers are much better than before I started.
Currently I have just started to use with a slow reduction when taking Nova rapid /fast acting insulin. My sugar blood levels have been halved so I guess it's a matter of getting the right dosage combination. I have been a Diabetic for near 40 years so this is a game changer for my life and future. Looking forward to good blood readings over the coming month when I trot of too my MD with the needle pricking results.

I have been taking metformin, trulicity and in the past months introduced fenugreek,. My blood sugar A1c went from 6 to 5.5.. I was taking fenugreek for hair growth, I didn't know it helped with lowering blood sugar.

You are better off with fenugreek seeds Most fenugreek capsules will have unwanted fillers Why do you need maple syrup as an ingredient which is also a sugar .

Question: It'd be better if you mention the amount of hot water in which the 10g of fenugreek should be soaked 😅 i have another question that should i drink the water (in which the fenugreek has been soaked) or the fenugreek seeds after soaking in hot water? And should I eat/drink them after having meal or in empty stomach? Please answer this questions😅

I decided that the more natural way is the best. The seeds when soaked in hot water at night and drunk first thing in the morning works best. 1 tablespoon in 8 to 10 ounces of water is the recipe I follow. I am not diabetic but have seen my blood sugar rise with advancing years and am trying to keep it from becoming diabetes since my mother died from problems caused by out of control diabetes. I keep a glucose monitor at home which has been very helpful. When I have stopped taking my fenugreek tea for a while, no matter how low my carbohydrate consumption, the glucose points begin creeping up. I am now keeping them under 100 just with the tea. You can buy the whole seeds in Indian markets, but since I live in Italy now, I order it from Amazon. If you get a 1kg bag it is most economical, but if you just want to try it, get a smaller amount. I recently stopped drinking this because I was on vacation and when I got home my fasting blood sugar was up to 130. Within a week of taking the tea again it is now 93! That's how fast it works. It apparently has a lot of other healthy properties so I'm totally sold on it for life!!!

Calling LDL the bad cholesterol is a harmful simplification. It is not necessarily bad, so reducing it by 10% is not necessarily a benefit. If you have especially high LDL then maybe look more into it (further tests) but it is not a clear indicator by itself. Look it up!
I believe that it takes some time to work in lowering glucose levels, and at the same time you have to take the medicine prescribed to you by the doctor without stopping it, and you also have to constantly monitor your blood sugar daily so that there is no drop by taking the fenugreek As for what you suffer from fatigue, I think that you should refer to the attending physician to do some necessary medical tests, or perhaps to change the dose of diabetes medication or change the medication itself.
Sir,does this fenugreek powder has any side effects on kidneys ?! I mean most herbs r powerful enough to cause kidney damage in longterm,does this fenugreek had any effect ?

I’m considering fenugreek or berberine for my 10 year old kiddo who is obese! We eat clean, excercise, she just gains. Mayo Clinic in Rochester has no answers either 😢chalked it up to genetics. The only problem is that you start to smell like fenugreek and when you sweat the odour is really bad.

I was diagnosed with type 2 used insulin injection. Since I have used believe me I'm out of all meds even insulin injection. My hba1c 5.1 now.

How does it effect migraine headaches? The medicines for lowering blood sugar makes my migraine headaches bad.
May be there is a ingredient in that which triggers migraine
When you have multiple ingredients in any formulation these can occur .

I decided that the more natural way is the best. The seeds when soaked in hot water at night and drunk first thing in the morning works best. 1 tablespoon in 8 to 10 ounces of water is the recipe I follow.
I am not diabetic but have seen my blood sugar rise with advancing years and am trying to keep it from becoming diabetes since my mother died from problems caused by out of control diabetes.
I keep a glucose monitor at home which has been very helpful. When I have stopped taking my fenugreek tea for a while, no matter how low my carbohydrate consumption, the glucose points begin creeping up. I am now keeping them under 100 just with the tea.
You can buy the whole seeds in Indian markets, but since I live in Italy now, I order it from Amazon. If you get a 1kg bag it is most economical, but if you just want to try it, get a smaller amount. I recently stopped drinking this because I was on vacation and when I got home my fasting blood sugar was up to 130. Within a week of taking the tea again it is now 93! That's how fast it works. It apparently has a lot of other healthy properties so I'm totally sold on it for life!!!

Calling LDL the bad cholesterol is a harmful simplification. It is not necessarily bad, so reducing it by 10% is not necessarily a benefit. If you have especially high LDL then maybe look more into it (further tests) but it is not a clear indicator by itself. Look it up!

I believe that it takes some time to work in lowering glucose levels, and at the same time you have to take the medicine prescribed to you by the doctor without stopping it, and you also have to constantly monitor your blood sugar daily so that there is no drop by taking the fenugreek
As for what you suffer from fatigue, I think that you should refer to the attending physician to do some necessary medical tests, or perhaps to change the dose of diabetes medication or change the medication itself.
Are you monitoring the foods that you are eating? Taking the supplement will probably help in conjunction with proper diet.
