I'm glad I was able to call my coach John Desmond Heppolette since I was actively cashing out from my portfolio and finally made over 370k just in the first quarter while everyone else was crying about the downturn. early this year.

Sql itself is pretty straightforward if you already know excel, databases are just a bunch of tables most of it is common sense but the terminology makes it look hard, like if you need data from 2 tables obviously you have to join/combine tables or columns from those tables.

    Between minutes 1:20 and 2:30 was super valuable. That helped me a lot. Do you have more content on the actual data work?

    Portillo’s at Vernon Hills? You were on per diem and ate fast food. Companies in northern suburbs like Takeda usually have in-house cafeterias/gym/full service bathrooms and showers so employees and contractors do not need to go out to get food especially during the brutal winter of Chicago.

    That was portillos in Vernon hills! Holy smokes, I'm subscribed now. So cool to see someone near me succeeding the way you are. If I wanted to be in your scenario, what degrees/certifications did you get to break into the field of data analytics? I'm studying IT but am so interested in data analytics.

    Hi Justin, i just graduated college with information systems major, and I just got my google data analytic certification too, but I still don't feel confident about what I'm doing, especially when it comes to SQL. How did you find your first data analyst job without real word experience?

    • @justinshin
      @justinshin  2 года назад +2

      Hey there, confidence comes with experience and if you don’t have real work experience I definitely recommend starting projects on your own. I got lucky with a connection that landed me my first opportunity!
