What were the reason you chose to become a CPA instead of sticking with finance? Currently debating whether to start an accounting or finance minor. Which do you prefer overall?
I decided to get my CPA license mainly for the credentials but then worked in consulting/advisory before transitioning over to finance. With that being said, if you are looking to either minor in accounting or finance, I think accounting is generally a better option because it really is “the language of business.” However, it does also depend on what type of career you are looking to go into.
It's been 2 years.
Could you please tell us how you were able to transition to deals?
I actually started in deals right after graduating from college!
These foods make me cry so hard. Why do people work so hard only to end up with such cold and bland meals most of every day?
