  • This mower was $1099.99 at the time of purchase. I used a 10% off movers coupon on it to get a discount. When I ordered it the model number was 13AN77BS011. Now the item number is the same but the model number changed to 13WN77BS011. I'm not sure what changed. If there is one thing to take from this video it is that the seat really sucks and makes a very good mower just "acceptable". One thing I did not mention in the video is that the lowes website says this model is "SHIFT-ON-THE-GO" but in reality you have to push the clutch in a little to change speeds. It is not a matter of simply moving the level while in motion. Feel free to comment if you have any questions.

I got this mower from Home Depot earlier this month(April 2020). They delivered it with a flat tire that was not on the wheel. Just replaced it with a universal wheel by myself. Home Depot wanted me to bring it to the store to fix it, but I do not have a truck to bring it. Watching this so I can get the dang to drive. First riding mower.

I bought the same mower you bought and I have had other mowers also, however I've never had a problem. I do not push my mowers to the limit each time I use it. I buy mowers to cut grass, help with yard work and haul debris I find on my property. I do not buy cutting mowers to see how fast I can cut my grass. I faster you go the bumpier it will be.

@@BYOJuan I honestly enjoy it and it actutally pretty tough in the blades, I was mowing and there was a nice size tree branch that my friend must not have seen while scouting his area before mowing, and made a slight louder noise going over (not too much to where your like what the hell I just run over) but more like a smooth transition imo. Tho mud may not be much to worry depending on how deep and/or wide the mud, usually I can pull it off but usually got it stuck one time. The wheels are effective I would say no damages to them and since I assume you are driving on dry grass or somewhat drive there is almost no diffucilty steering (Highly advise making sure the steering wheel is tighten fully, I was driving it then the steering wheel came off which caught me off guard but if ypur quick just press the brakes and key into off position or you can stand up, which just shuts it off. Driving on roads is good too imo, overall I give it a 10 out of 10 for it a riding lawnmower whatelse is it suppose to do lol, but if you master it like any other one it pretty effective and fun for the use of it at least I find it fun to mow and blast my bluethooth speaker

You can add a manual fuel shutoff valve. Just place it where the fuel filter is and move the fuel filter behind the shutoff valve. The carbs on these newer lawn mowers more often than not have a fuel shutoff solenoid that opens when the key is turned to the on position. Sometimes they wear out and flood the engine, so having a manual fuel shutoff adds that extra peace of mind.

I would recommend after every mow that you blow off the lawnmower deck above and under ( if possible ) it will help prevent rust on the desk because of the grass. The grass may look dry but it is not it traps water causing rust. This tip will add 7+ years of lito on that deck. also, it only takes 30 seconds so it is a great thing to do. Make sure you keep it inside too.

I had one of these a few years back, it was all I could afford at the time and I used it to mow a 4 acre yard for several years. I also used it to mow a 6 acre field with 3+ foot tall weeds; all way beyond its purpose. It never hiccuped and I had 0 issues, although you can definitely tell the build quality is cheap (gas tank held in place with a zip tie for example)...Regardless, it served me well even though it was abused.

Yea Lowes does do a piss poor job of putting shit together. To be safe, check to make sure your mower deck is leveled, because Lowes employs crossed eyed half wits to construct mowers.

Very useless video.....Why would you disable the mow in reverse?? You stated that at 1:26 then praised it later in the video? Make up your mind. THIS IS AN OLDER MODEL ENGINE AND DECK ARE DIFFERENT.

Never buy a mower built by Troy. I mean, the guy can't even spell built correctly.

People dont be cheap, spend your money on a good john deere or husqvarna (preferably with a Kohler or Kawasaki engine). Get somthing that will last unlike this piece of crap!

John Deere is overpriced mediocrity, I wouldn't trust a Husqvarna as far as I could spit. I've never had an issue with a Briggs&Stratton, and the only times I've seen any issues with them, it was operator error.
