Why did USA need help??? ... The victims of ISIS were mostly Muslims from Syria and Iraq, as well as Christians from Syria and Iraq. In addition, USA was using and arming ISIS to achieve its geopolitical objectives in Syria. Now the USA is using the Kurds to weaken the Syrian government.
lol what did you think? Do you think that US will fight against turkey for kind of terorist group. Kurds did not fight to isis for humanity, or for favor. They are living there and they protect them from isis. Fun fact as you see in video, in the first weekness of the central goverment, kurds tried to establish their country with the help of emperialist US. These YPG(pkk) has been trying to split turkey as turk and kurds for decades. İf turkey will be weak like syria goverment, these terorist ypg will attack to turkey. turkey has to fight with them before this happens.
Thats a bit simplistic. The Kurds took as much advantage of Americas invasion and supply of arms to develop their own army and push for a kurdistan. The loyalty you so speak of was for personal gain. This idea of American betrayal is silly. No one group other than the Kurds have most benefited from the American invasion of Iraq. So if anything the kurds should be eternally grateful for getting this far.

This mini-documentary leaves out perhaps the most important part of the story, and one that greatly explains the attitudes of both the US and Turkish governments, among others. The Rojavan revolution is heavily influenced by anarchism, or at least by libertarian socialism more broadly. The means of production (etc.) are to a great degree in the hands of workers' councils, neither capitalist nor statist. Along with the secularism and feminism, this is a really extraordinary development in the world, akin to Revolutionary Spain/Catalonia in that country's civil war, The Ukraine Free Territory during the Russian Civil War, the Paris Commune, Chiapas today, and so many more.
Long live Kurdistan, from an American, I don't know why we don't help you guys, I personally support you! May God protect and bless you and your country! 🙌✌🏼💕🙏

With so few friends of the west in the middle east, it seems unfair to the Kurds to walk away from them now after they fought the tough battles against ISIS. If Rojava were to become a safe and well defined state controlled by Kurds, perhaps the problem of terrorist action inside Turkey would diminish. @الشيخ الكبير America admits it was the Kurds but ok buddy
excuse me but this is not isis, this is al Qaïda. Isis is the consis of islamic state of iraq and sun.
Al Qaïda haved fight isis.
Al Qaïda and isis are two salafist djihadist organisations.
Isis was formed by Al Qaïda members in irak.
Al Qaïda was formed in 1980 in Afganistan by the CIA for fight ussr.

@@abc-uw2zo yes i know but firts isis soldiers was formed and suply by cia for fight soviets.

When US needed help the Kurds fought the Isis..now when kurds needed help Us just left them..Merica
"Home of the brave"
"kurds have no friends, but mountains" - kurdish proverb
Thats a bit simplistic. The Kurds took as much advantage of Americas invasion and supply of arms to develop their own army and push for a kurdistan. The loyalty you so speak of was for personal gain. This idea of American betrayal is silly. No one group other than the Kurds have most benefited from the American invasion of Iraq. So if anything the kurds should be eternally grateful for getting this far.
I am Kurdish from Kobani ypg The one who saved us from terrorism, I hope, will lead us to a country called Kurdistan❤

The only reason why the Turks attacked was to be racist towards the Kurds. I hope the Kurds will be independent.

Kurds always fight when it's needed to defend our country no country in earth can touch us.
With so few friends of the west in the middle east, it seems unfair to the Kurds to walk away from them now after they fought the tough battles against ISIS. If Rojava were to become a safe and well defined state controlled by Kurds, perhaps the problem of terrorist action inside Turkey would diminish. Diplomacy with the offer of a homeland can be powerful motivation.
interesting theory. but how is that supposed to work if Erdogan doesn't even want to give his people freedom & democracy?
so you are saying, pkk would stop trying to expand inside turkey if rojava controlled by kurds.. interesting theory
