The start felt like a year of chances, for climate justice, a new President in the US, a way to peace in Isreal and Ukraine, a new feeling of unison in the EU, but most of them were deeply disappointed. In the end, so to say in retrospective view, many chances were missed, many problems left unsolved, many different ways to solutions blocked. But there are many new chances, like the new situation in Syria, many problems solved, that we didn't think about, and many more days, months and years to come. Let's all be hopeful and do our best to let 2025 start like 2024, but end a little bit better. Every Person counts!

And for such monumental events like the election season and Olympics, you think that it would be much longer with how much has come out of it? I always look forward to your recaps because they always feel like they comprehend most of what happened this year, but this was kinda weak compared to the rest of your catalog.

I'll never forget this year because it's the year my life was destroyed and had to be rebuilt because my mom died of cancer. My mom wasn't world famous and her death didn't cause a big impact on a global, but her death impacted my world and that's more then enough to remember. It hasn't been easy living without her, but I'm doing my best to make it work. It breaks my heart that she'll never get to meet my possible future children or see me get married. Life Lesson: Learn to appreciate what you got because the standards you live with can easily be changed.
